Upto the point you start with them, it sounds alright. After 3 months I`ve noticed that their electric supplier is charging £2/day for standing charge. And I cannot even reach out to a single human being through their web-site. I regret accepting their offer. Edit: I received a call back on the 4th day. I asked to tell me the final figure that I need to pay, no response since then.

I have lost count of the number of times I have complained that this company repeatedly attempt to take payment from my account on the wrong, earlier date of month. I have informed them multiple times that I set the payment up to be taken later in the month. Still they insist on attempting to take money before the set date. I am so sick of this company. I will NEVER recommend to anyone.
