Don't use the bunch! I have cancelled with them as they seem like a scam, they are still trying to charge me for services i haven't ask for, even though i have cancelled everything to do with them. The bunch got hold of me out of nowhere (wondering where they got my details from) I didn't ask for them. Be careful trusting the bunch. Also trying to charge me for broadband installation to a property I'm a no longer moving in to.

Honestly, typically I’m not a fan of these types of services, they’re always trying to push product after product. But they’re been nothing but brilliant and so efficient. They let you know all their options of course, they’re a service after all. But they genuinely just want to give you the best service. The gentleman I spoke with was so good, kind and helpful. Perhaps you could get cheaper deals elsewhere, but for the service you get it’s more than worth it. 1000% recommend.

Jim was very courteous and on time with his call- he checked that I had understood the payments agreed and when they were to start and helpfully tried to guide me through getting a reading from the smart meter(new to us!!)

Kit was quick and effective with his welcome call, all good 😊

Truly had I seen Trust Pilot reviews before hand I would NEVER have subscribed to Bunch, who's demographic clearly tends to be geared up to facilitate a bunch of 3/4/5 people who can share bills...As an aging disabled woman Bunch, is definately not for me whereby the only option open to me right now is to accept legal precedings Bunch are gonna have to commence, as I do not have the money I believe they are trying to aquire from me.

Had regular correspondence with Amelie who was the consummate professional; established a regular point of contact, responded to all queries swiftly, and made matters that much easier. Services comes highly recommended.
