Terrible

Terrible, terrible, terrible! DO NOT USE. Don't trust these reviews either - look at the ones on Google! We were sent to the Bunch via Open Rent and have had nothing but issues since. They did not set us up on time so we are being sent bills from old providers even though we have been paying for the services we thought we were getting. They arranged us to have wifi over £70 more than we agreed to and when we said we don't want it they have been charging us anyway. They set us up in the WRONG apartment and so now we have been paying for a place we don't live in and we are still not paying for any gas so we know we are yet to be slammed with a huge bill. For some reason all the reviews on trust pilot are good - and yet when I tried to send a review it has never shown up. If you're thinking of using this company for ease, don't!

I have been consistently disappointed…

I have been consistently disappointed with the service I've received from The Bunch. I've been charged the incorrect amount several times and whilst the customer service team are very friendly I haven't seen much action and it's taken a long time to get problems resolved

Please do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY

Firstly, all the reviews on Trustpilot are clearly fake and made by the company itself. Customer service is terrible - their employees have no idea what they’re doing! Call them yourself if you want proof. Secondly, the Bunch are scammers who target students with little experience of paying their own bills. Me and my housemates were being charged £178 EACH per month when we barely had the heating on and were extremely careful about our usage. I’ve heard of others being charged up to £260 each per month!!! We originally signed up to pay significantly less than £178 (obviously) but they increased our monthly payment and there was nothing we could do about it; the cancellation fees were £600 each! We were pressured into signing up by someone called Jack who called my housemate everyday for about two weeks. When she blocked his number, he continued to call us from a different number!! We were recommended to go with the Bunch by our estate agent Jordan Fishwick, so I can only assume they’re getting a cut of the profits. If anyone from the Bunch is reading this (which I’m sure you are), just know that you disgust me. To work for a company that blatantly steals money from young, impressionable, and broke (!) students is abhorrent and you must be incredibly selfish to go along with it.

Mik needs a promotion!

After a lengthy period of time trying to sort out a number of issues with our bills Mik was so helpful. He was very easy to talk to and very thorough at making sure we were happy with what has happened and how he could help sort it. Mik continued to ask if there was anything else he could help us with and when we replied with a separate query he continued another thorough investigation as to what had happened and why. He noted a date in his diary to check all issues had been resolved and to check some readings were sorted. He spoke to myself and my housemate to ensure we were happy with the outcome and further actions. We were blown away with how much he helped, put us at ease and how helpful he was! Thank you Mik!

Mik is Wonderful

Mik is Wonderful! We have had a very long and complicated process with trying to sort our bills which has caused myself and my flatmate a lot of stress. We got through to Mik and he was wonderful! He was very kind and explained the full situation in detail and has ensured we have a paper trail of our process. He made our own experience really enjoyable and added a personal touch!
