Convinient, issues resolved promptly - Could be avoided in the first placee

After a few weeks of deliberating with support I finally had an issue solved regarding my account finalisation. I would give it 3 stars but Daniel, helped sort out the hiccups and for the promptness and fairness of their resolution I think it deserves 4 stars. I do however believe that issues need to be reviews internally to ensure they don't happen to anymore customers.

Our house used The Bunch for 2 years…

Our house used The Bunch for 2 years and received nothing but trouble. From constant price hiking throughout to the company forgetting to change our house from octopus energy therefore us having to incorrectly pay a £2000 bill. The company rectified this after much badgering by email... Again in our first year with The Bunch we were told that surplus spending on bills would be returned to us at the end of the year. After submitting a meter reading late (without a photo but with an email from the landlord stating we were telling the truth) we were told we would not receive any of the money owed. Upon asking the company for compensation we were refunded an offensively little sum. If anyone reading this takes anything from it please please DO NOT GO WITH THE BUNCH THIS IS A SCAM! * Just as a little update we no longer have to pay this additional charge after a lengthy dispute, HOWEVER, The Bunch have attempted to remove this review and have been denied by trust pilot. I think this speaks volumes….

Horrible company practices and ethics

I was initially annoyed about the sales tactics to sign me up. They called the day that we'd hired a moving van to move us in to the property which was already predatory but the sales tactics to keep me on the phone and deliberately mislead in terms of the urgency made it so that I wanted to leave instantly. Cancelling is obviously a 3 day process trying to arrange a "cancellation meeting" but I managed to book one and cancel the day before payment was due. They took the money anyway and now it's a 2 week delay to get a refund. Can't recommend this company any less, all customer service was terrible trying to resolve this with a lot of "nothing we can do"

Untrustworthy company

Untrustworthy company. They increase my energy bill front 164£ to 324£ just because they supposed that winter time I will in excess of energy. Customer service that says different excuses every mail. Avoid this energy company.
