9 months after refunding me for utilities for a property i never moved into, they took the money again ! Taken 5th September and ignored my complaints until i went through my bank then agreed to refund, still haven't sent the money, AVOID!

Still in dispute over payments. My son is a student in a shared house with another 4 paying £99 each which to me is high. When they came to leave the property Bunch suddenly wanted a further £500 from each of them! The bills are estimated as the meter cannot be read! You can only raise complaint via email! Would not recommend Bunch.

Honestly useless. Joined the bunch as we would be told it would be easier. In good faith we left them to it. Moved in and heard nothing about our WiFi, we rang them up and turns out they couldn’t provide the WiFi we wanted so were charging us £75 more a month. They’d already taken the first payment when we said we didn’t want it and now we are struggling to get the money back. They also didn't cancel any of the old tenants bills and so we’re being chased for more money by gas and electric companies
