Not enough effort made to resolve problem. Matter resolved quickly by someone else with same equipment. Very poor.

Same day appointment made quickly and efficiently. Plumber phoned to let me know what time he would arrive. Problem identified and fixed within an hour. Good price and even discount for OAP’s.

Promised a visit on Monday but they rang and said the person was running late and couldn't come until tomorrow. When he arrived he couldn't actually diagnose the problem and left with nothing changed except me being out of pocket by the £42 call out charge and £199.50 for an hour's labour. This was extremely expensive uselessness.
