Matt was efficient and helpful and solved the problem. I have to say I found £200 per hour plus 'Call Out' charge rather excessive.

Mechanic was able to pinpoint straight away what the problem was and promptly replaced the washer. Problem solved. Only painful bit was the paying

Cancelled appointment in two consecutive days late I the afternoon and one member staff was incredibly rude when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service. Unreliable.

Plumber was great (Mark?) and he did an excellent job, working hard mending our leaks with copper piping and installing new taps and a shower mixer, which has much improved our bathroom. We did have a few no shows and some communication problems with the office lasting a week. In the end, Jess was very efficient and helpful, keeping us informed and making sure the job was carried out and we were happy. Thank you very much Jess and Mark (?)
