Jessica and the team do there best in the shortest amount of time, please use this company as their customer service is flourless. It as a family run business they helped me out in a very difficult situation. It is very important to the team that your service needs are met even if you are a new customer. Great experience and customer service

Great customer service, the most efficient I have ever seen. The Gas Engineer was very helpful, efficient and friendly. I will now be using this organisation on an annual basis to have my Gas Fire and Boiler serviced and checked.

Great from first contact

Great from first contact, a very pleasant young lady taking particulars and arranging a time and date, which was next day. Engineer Actually arrived same day to look at the problem. Repair was completed a day later, The engineer (Chris ? ) was very pleasant and efficient Will recommend your company any day.

Good plumbing, poor admin.

The actual work done by the plumber/engineer was efficient, clean and affordable. He was also polite and generally helpful. If this review was solely about his work it would be 4 or 5 stars. Unfortunately the administration was abysmal, a continual series of appointments booked but not delivered on, re-arranged but then postponed again. Two actual visits involved five cancelled appointments (and another cancellation of a day I hadn't even asked for) resulting in significant lost earnings for me as I had to cancel my own work work for appointments that did not happen. The work I needed was not an emergency so I would quite happily have accepted a later appointment so long as it was actually carried out. Instead I got continual promises of next day re-arranged visits, which did not materialise. This was vastly less convenient than a reliable later appointment would have been. A more realistic booking policy which took account of the real availability of engineers would massively improve the customer service. I hope M J Harris will consider this, as at present both customers good engineers are being let down by unrealistic scheduling.

Laziness or incompetance

I had to specifically request that the toilet flush system allowed more water into the tank to enable efficient flushing. Why? The plumber clearly couldn’t be bothered. Then the seat in my cloakroom toilet was not closing properly due to me fiddling around with the fixture. Asked him to fix it but he then proceeded to completely break it . I will now have to purchase another. For all this I was charged £247. Very poor service

Very expensive for the small job

So there is a call out fee and I was told the engineer would then assess the problem and give me a quote. But onsite he told me it was a flat fee of £210. Plus the call out. So a total of £242 for 20 mins work max. The job was done quickly and efficiently but get them to give you a quote before you pay the call out fee.

Electrician and plumbers excellent and…

Electrician and plumbers excellent and cheerful (which helps). Office just about kept us in the loop but we ended up having to be at home on 3 days (no one came on the day for which the job was booked). It was not urgent and we understand delays happen. Not a big issue for us but could have been if it had gone on any longer.
