The response to my request for a toilet to be unblocked was extremely quick - I rang first thing in the morning and the contractor was at the house by lunchtime. He was very helpful and polite and competed the job efficiently. The administration was straight forward making it easy to talk to someone about the issue and in regards to paying the bill

Joss arrived and knew straight away what and where the issue was, he cleared the blockage and jet washed all the four manholes, now everything is running freely again. First class professional company recommend to anyone, thanks again.

I dislike that you attempt to present yourself as a local company, but I realise now you just provide a local number to imply this. The plumber, while very good, came all the way from Wales, and had considerable commute time, and your scheduling missed the first day altogether, with a fairly unsympathetic phone call from wherever your call centre is.

Wasted £200 on a diagnosis, engineer said I needed a £700 PCB board with labour before he could see what else was wrong, nothing with it, it turned out to be a sensor on the heat exchanger which was diagnosed and fixed in half hour, just money grabbers! Never used again or recommend

Poor customer service,and very unreliable. Workers,failed to turn up for various reasons,without informing the customer until the end of working day. Customer WASTED at least 3 days waiting for them to make an appearance job scheduled to take 2 days,took between 7/10 days

Both visits were made in accordance with the timescale agreed. The plumber who attended was both competent and pleasantly-mannered. The job proved to be harder than expected due to the pipework on the new sink being slightly different in dimensions from the old one. The job took longer than expected but the plumber was able to mitigate the cost somewhat. Whilst expensive, the charge was no worse than other companies had quoted. We are pleased with the outcome.

I had a major issue with a blocked pipe from a pond ,it was incredibly difficult with really bad axcess .I had a couple of different companies that tried to clear it and failed. These guys turned up and got it done .they where not fased with how difficult it was ,and just got on and got it sorted. Absolutely fantastic service, and also turned up within 1 hour of me calling them .I highly recommend them

It was a shock how much it cost to sort out the leak but the man that did the work was amazing, nothing was any trouble, very impressed.

A clever move by the company non refundable £42 call out money taken in advance. Plummer did less than half an hours work which involved fitting a new shower (he used some of the existing fittings to save time and effort) and a new sink waste unit (supplied by us) and we were charged £168. So we ended up paying £210 which supposedly included a £10 OAP discount. In our opinion this was a total rip off and we won't use this company again.
