I called this Company on Thursday 13 February at 13:33 to arrange for a plumber to come out and fix a leaking sink and tighten 3 loose taps, as well as looking into a shower with low water pressure. I was told they could get somebody out the same afternoon ...which I thought was great ! I paid the callout fee (£42) and set about waiting for the plumber to arrive. Unfortunately, I received a call at 15:02 advising they were running late and wouldn't make it until the next day. I asked what time they would come and was told to phone between 08:00 and 09:00 next morning to find out. I duly called at 08:34 and was told the plumber would be coming by lunch time. When nobody had arrived by 14:00, I called again and was told they would try and contact the plumber for an update. When I had heard nothing by 15:00 I called again and was told they were still coming. Given what had transpired thus far, I asked for an assurance that they would definitely come that afternoon. The call receiver said he was unable to give that assurance so I cancelled and requested a refund of my £42 which was promised within 48hours of Monday. It remains to be seen if this will actually happen. Will never use this Company again.....terrible service with them not doing anything except take my payment and waste my time...... and all my plumbing issues remain unresolved !

I was happy to get a plumber the same day, however with the call out charge I ended up paying £261 for 40 minutes to change a £10 valve. Not good value and wouldn't use again other than in an emergency?

Very nice service engineer but prices after call-out fee are exorbitant. £140 to fit a new tap on washing machine feed pipe (this was after a reduction from £250)

Very easy booking process. Both phone and visit were easy to organise and Emma and Tommy were both friendly and efficient. It was expensive which is why it’s not 5 starts but it was quick and efficient!

I struggle to give this company 1 Star, but it's the lowest I can give. They are not a local Gloucester based company as advertised in Local Answer free Magazine, they are based in Monmouth despite a Gloucester telephone number. Rang Fri 7th Feb, we'll get out today before 17:30. I paid £42 call out. They rang at 16:30 they couldn't make it. Re-booked for PM Mon 10th Feb, phone call at 16:30, they couldn't make it. Re-booked for 8:00 to 12:00 Tuesday 11th Feb, they rang at 17:00 they couldn't make it. They suggested they could make it 08:00 to 12:00 on Wed 12th Feb. I asked that they put me on 1st call at 08:00, they said they didn't work like that and that a booking is never a guarentee, I can't work like that either and am now awaiting my money back and another plumber. Complete waste of my time.
