Excellent service for the task to hand servicing the boiler. He reported the it was actually in good shape but nevertheless will be serviced annually according to recommendations. Please contact us annually to set this up at about this time

£42 call out though website states no charge! Engineer has to replace 2 sink taps in bathroom and advised £175 an hour labour charge

Excellent service

Excellent service, friendly and courteous phone calls, engineer arrived, examined issue collected some parts needed and fixed fault extremely quick and clean. Best experience with plumbing issues I've had. Would highly recommend.

Great company, polite and efficient workers.

Have used 3 times now (first time they came out a few years ago on Boxing Day within about 40 minutes to deal with an emergency). This time they unclogged a blocked sewage pipe, and diagnosed a broken sewage pump, all within about 15 minutes. They even gave us a discount because the job was far quicker than they originally thought. Would definitely recommend.

Deposit still to be refunded!

On 10th February I called MJ Harris on an emergency call out as our central heating was not working and paid £42 for them to come out that day. That afternoon they called to say they couldn't make it and would come the next day. The next day they called to say that there was no-one available to come and as they had broken the contract they would refund our £42. Being in our 80's and needing our heating working, we found someone else to complete the work. However despite reassurance from MJ Harris on 18th, 25th February and 4th March that the refund would be made, we still have not received our money back.

Can't praise them enough..

Can't praise them enough.. Rang up with a drain emergency.The lady on the phone was lovely and very reassuring.They put us down as an emergency and Josh was with us quickly. Amazing service.
