I ordered a Panasonic HC-X2000 as the store indicated that the item was in stock, and as I needed it for a job 10 days later placed the order. Unfortunately, due to world shortages the item was not in stock (so worth checking that is really is in stock via a phone call) I waited fora week, and had still not received the unit, I the sent John a number of emails explaining that I was running out of time and would need to make other plans for my job. John then pulled out all the stops to get a unit from another supplier, and paid the extra for the unit plus next day shipping. When things really mattered John worked very hard not to let a customer down, and informed me on a regular basis of what was happening. The unit did arrive, and I am very pleased with it and the service received. Thank you John

Very happy and can't fault their service! I'd been looking to buy a new camera and having just sold my old one, went to buy it from a usual suspect and they'd sold out. Looking online they'd sold out pretty much everywhere but then I found H Preston Media. It said they had UK Stock at a great price and could be with me anytime within the next week if I ordered. So I did. John was in touch personally within the hour to thank me for my order and to explain it would ship nearer the end of the quoted week delivery period, and kept in touch every few days to keep me updated. I have to admit, finding some not so great reviews on here had me doubting things a little. I'd spent a lot of money up front and would it ever come? it did indeed arrive as promised. And registering it on the Canon CPS website H Preston are listed as an authorised dealer to purchase from. I wish I'd known that earlier and saved some worrying. H Preston were great with me and I'll shop with them again in future. Recommended.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to John at hpreston. I purchased a Sony A71iv and have to wait a little longer than expected. Delivery carrier was a nightmare. Finally managed to get things sorted. I will be supporting this small business in the future. Art.

After a slight issue with the order John went out of his way to resolve the problem completely. I would recommend this company especially as the item purchased was the cheapest I could find online.

So I googled Atomos Ninja V (which were coming down in price) to check the price and H Preston were selling one cheaper than the rest. Having established they’re an err established company (as opposed to several others that appear in the search!) I ordered one and was even more impressed with the Next Day free postage.
