Bad experience Their website listed the Blackmagic Design Mini Recorder in stock, after ordering I was told that it was in backorder for 4 weeks. I have requested a refund which never materialised despite 4 requests over the chat system and email. Had to call the credit card for a chargeback. Update 30/04: @John refunded as requested. Thanks

Ordered a ninja Atomos V, as H Preston offered the best price on the market. After making a bank a transfer. Some time went by without an update. So I contacted H Preston about the order and they shipped it. A few days later, I received the package and was surprise to find a box of binoculars. Got worry for a moment, till I opened the box and found the Atomos inside. A few bumps on the road, but overall a good experience, as I saved a reasonable amount of money and Preston delivered what was promised. If you accept these conditions, I'd recommend you to give them a chance. And if you need more proof of their legitimacy, on account of the negative reviews, you can check out their Facebook page. I bought an FS7 from Hpreston in 2018, it suddenly stopped recording a week ago and I contacted Hpreston for support to find out about the warranty and what I could do about the repair. They got back to me straight away with a link to Sony Pro Repair and were very helpful when I got in contact with them a few days later for some more support. I would definitely recommend them!

Preston's price was the best I could find for the items (BlackMagic camera and storage). Despite a few delays due to the suppliers not having the item in stock, all came good in the end and the items were delivered safe and well packed. I appreciated the call from John in person to apologise for the delay.
