My wife recently ordered a remote control car from this company. She has been in touch by email and by messenger and her request to find out where her purchase is have been ignored. We know that things have meant purchases can be delayed but not returning your customers messages is poor service on all levels, especially as we would have been exceptionally understanding had we been informed how long we might have to wait. Now due to not having any contact with the company we are having to go through her bank to retrieve the money. A great deal of wasted time for the sake of just being told where our purchase is.

I'm rather fussy over cameras and really need to 'try before I buy', John always does his best to give me that opertunity. I've bought video gear from Prestons for the last 30+years and always been satisfied with the outcome. That doesn't mean we always see eye to eyebut we always get there in the end. His prices will always be better.
