The staff at hpreston are great, responsive and responsible. I had an initial delay in my order which shipped about 9 days after I placed my order (I didn't have express shipping so it's not a huge deal), but John did get it to me soon after. DPD misdelivered which caused another delay, but John and his team made sure I got a replacement camera delivered to me before my shoot.

H Preston has been in business for nearly 60 years. I am surprised by that because if my experience of dealing with them is anything to go by they would fail after six months. The problems I have had are too numerous to detail but suffice to say that when I require something similar again I will go elsewhere as surely there must be better and more efficient suppliers. I should add that my order was not complicated in any way. It is hard to believe that there is any dealer worse than H Preston.
