When looking extensively throughout the industry for an FS7 shoot kit you know you are on to a good thing when you interact with the chat on the website and you get an instant reply from an actual person who then follows up with a phone call. The FS7 was in stock at a great price, John was able to arrange for the show room to be opened by Andy (for the first time since lockdown) so I could try out the camera with my existing lens and we could look at building the rig I needed from there extensive new / used equipment stock. Needless to say I came away with all I needed thanks to Andy's advice, knowledge and experience. To be able to get everything in one place without having to trawl auction sites etc. is worth a lot. Following on and setting up an FS7 there have been a few inevitable technical question crop up, true to his word Andy was on the end of the phone with the answers and advice, its worth its weight in gold to me to know I can call for technical help if needed. I can say I got great advice great equipment at a great price from a great bunch of people who go the extra mile (which is so rare these days)

Can’t fault the service in difficult times. John responded quickly to my requests for stock confirmation and shipped me 2 Blackmagic ATEM Minis promptly. I did pay a higher price than retail but appreciate this is supply and demand and I needed them urgently for a project. I contacted Preston for my Canon xf400 because they offered an excellent deal with 2 extra official Canon batteries and charger and I am really glad that I did. John at Preston told me that it was ordered and would take a week. They duly sent it to me but there was a courier delay (sound familiar!) so I told John and he spent a considerable amount of time on the phone getting it sorted out quickly. Highly recommended.

Best UK price I could find for an Atomos Shinobi filed monitor. Free delivery. Very good communication. A delay in delivery was sorted extremely quickly - even though I raised the query on a Sunday morning (when I happened to think about it) I got a same-day response and the item arrived two days later. Would recommend and I will certainly be using again.

I placed my order with standard delivery and I assumed due to COVID-19 it may be delayed. However it arrived 2 days after it was ordered! Very happy with the service.

I ordered the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4k as it stated that it was 'In Stock' this, however, was a lie. I waited for nine days and still, it hadn't arrived. I emailed and was told they were waiting for stock. I then asked for my order to be cancelled, which they did although reluctantly. I am awaiting my deposit refund. As I understand it, there is one person doing everything and is clearly overwhelmed. It might be that this camera is difficult to get hold of and I appreciate efforts made to track one down, however that does not change the fact that it is being advertised as 'In Stock', which it clearly is not. False advertising does not sit well with me. Perhaps once this pandemic is over the business will get back in order and will run smoothly. Until then perhaps wait to buy anything.

Hi John I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say how happy I am with the ATEM mini pro mixer but more importantly to say what a great help Andrew Guest has been in getting the whole set up together.
