Fedex label created, items never shipped
Placed an order Sept 3rd, worth $258 and that's with 20% already. My items were never shipped, after many attempts at communicating with them through FB and emails hey placed a reorder for my items and gave me a FedEx tracking number. Label was made on Friday and expected to be delived today. Tracking shows items still hasn't left FIGS distribution center. What a big joke!!! They also block customers on their fb messenger who complain about items not being delivered, and block you from commenting on their posts. Yes, this is the kind of company we're dealing with here. A company who doesn't like to respond to customer's inquiries and refuse to address their scam.
I ordered six items in deep royal blue…
I ordered six items in deep royal blue for my first nursing job. They took two weeks to come in. I tried them on immediately and realized that a few of them didn’t fit well (I had bought multiple sizes and styles to see what was the best fit). I went to the website today to exchange them and they have completely removed royal blue form their stock! I emailed and explained and the guy that responded said he was so happy to hear I loved the royal blue and blah blah blah! Umm what?! I need to exchange! I just spent 250 on these scrubs. I didn’t love them or we wouldn’t be in contact!!!! So frustrated and not sure what to do... like how do you just completely remove a color like that and have no reserves for the people who recently purchased?!

I sent items back 1.5 months ago. I still have not received a complete refund. I have called 6-7 times and left voicemails. I have not received a call back and have not been able to speak to anyone. I have been in contact with someone via email. She does not seem to understand my concerns and has been slow and moderately helpful in facilitating my refund. Mainly responds with cheerful peppy one-liners, such as "No worries"" and "Have a beautiful day". In sum, I have received a partial but not total refund, despite sending an itemized inventory of the items I sent back and providing pictures of the USPS tracking numbers and packages. I am contesting with my bank at this point. This is not a company I will deal with again as a busy professional.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I placed 2 separate orders. I received one pair of scrubs quickly and am pleased with them. But I had a second order placed 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting. Customer service does not answer phone calls. After multiple emails I finally received a response that my order was shipped and I could check that tracking for it. However, the tracking info states only fed ex had received the shipment info and was still pending......since September 4th! I demanded them to tell me what has happened with my order and now no one will email me back. I have started my new job so I had to purchase another brand. I want them to just cancel my order and refund my money. It seems I just may be out $150! I will never purchase anything from them again.

Placed an order that said did not go through so placed another order that said did not go through either, BUT they took money out of my account both times! Called customer service and they said they had no orders for me and could not explain WHY the money had come out of my account if they have no orders for me!! Now I cant reach anyone at all......

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Ordered scrubs for my wife. Ordered the wrong color and tried calling them at least 10 times and left 3 messages since I didn't want to be rude leaving messages. Guess what, no reply and no call back. These guys are probably the worst. Their product is not cheap and hope people notice and STOP buying their product.

worst customer service i have experienced with a company that has potential to succeed, however this may be the downfall in time to come if drastic changes are not made.
First time ordering scrubs
First time ordering scrubs, 2 pairs, and paid for expedited shipping. No shipping confirmation and only excuses by customer service. So I was refunded shipping and decided okay I’ll just buy another pair elsewhere and wait longer for these scrubs. Well, come Thursday, today, almost a week later after ordering and they still haven’t been shipped out nor have I been informed of anything. Finally, the 4th person I spoke with on the phone, leveled with me and told me she doesn’t know why it hasn’t shipped out yet but that she would get it out next day. Even though this one person was competent and seemingly honest at least, I had already had enough so I cancelled. I know, I’m no one that they consider a loss. I’m sure there are bigger orders out there who take priority. But man, if you can’t get the service aspect of your business down, the fulfillment... There will always be another posh company right behind you who will. And service usually wins. By that I mean not just people who sound nice on the phone. But can get the order out timely and keep customers informed. It’s a thing now.
Unacceptable to be billed immediately…
Unacceptable to be billed immediately for your item . A week following while checking on my shipping status the order comes up unfulfilled. I was never notified nor refunded and told item is out of stock ( along with so many other items) they agree to credit not a refund. Unbelievable!

From all the reviews on here, I really expected very little from this company's customer service when I needed to make an exchange. However, they have surprised me with their promptness in responding back to my emails and they were able to quickly make any changes and fix any concerns I had. Figs sells stylish and comfortable scrubs, and their customer won't let you down either. Highly would recommend!
