This is the worst company I have ever done business with. My daughter ordered a white coat as she is an APRN. She must have been in a hurry when ordering and misspelled the word Management/Managment. Figs actually embroidered a misspelled word on a jacket that was over $100. They never bothered to contact anyone. For Christmas I reordered the coat for my daughter who is in Pain Management...they placed a space in Pain/P ain on the second coat that was ordered. This company is totally unreliable, shipping takes forever and customer service is non existent. I sent an email with pictures and they never replied...do I need to say more?
What Customer Service?
Placed on an order on 12/21/18 for ONE pair of Scrubs. Today is 1/2 and I have not received any emails regarding order shipped, order created, etc. I emailed them on 12/29, left a voicemail on 12/31, sent them a FB message on 1/1, and I have yet to hear back. It's hilarious that a company can charge you and then forget why they charged you. This is probably the worst "professional" company that I have ever dealt with.
Horrible service
This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a $100 gift card for my friend that was graduating nursing school. I ordered this on a Monday with expedited shipping and gift box to gift after graduation which was on a Thursday. Two days later I am refunded the $27for shipping back to my PayPal account without any explanation. I email the customer service team and ask what happened and they said that their gift cards are only e-gift cards. Why have a shipping option on the website then? Anyway he stated that he would email me the gift code ASAP. It's Thursday and I have yet to receive anything. I email them in the morning and I don't get any response. I am super annoyed because I don't have my friend's gift. I call the next day, no one answers. The weekend passes, I email on Monday and no answer, I also call and leave a voicemail because there is no one ever on the phone. I wait till Wednesday and at this point, I have had it! I have reached out via phone, email, facebook, text, everything and I get no response. I email once more and leave a very angry email about how unprofessional they are and I finally get a response with the gift code and an apology
Unacceptable customer service
I placed a large first time order as a Christmas gift. The package that arrived was labeled to me but had the wrong contents inside, and someone else's order, with the wrong address inside of it. When I tried to contact them immediately, it took 72 hours to hear back, and the customer service rep sent me the same tracking number for the incorrect package I had just gotten, and didn't respond. As a first time customer with a mother who is a medical service professional, I've been deeply disappointed in the lack of communication and attentiveness, given the size of my order, and that the error originated in their supply chain. To date, there has been no resolution attempted.
Impressed in Style
I can admit, their seasonal colors go out of stock within days, but I had a team member call me back on her personal phone 3 times to make sure I got what I needed. I have never been more happy with a product or company! I’ve got 5 pairs of FIGS scrubs, shirt size XS, pants size S, and I get complements every day at Texas A&M School of Dentistry. Thanks FIGS!!
Strings fell off after first wash
Strings fell off after first wash, nylon-like material, not a good fit to the body, looks awkward wearing it, does not stretch according to your body, so movements are limited. I reached out to facebook customer service but no response. Not comfortable.
Twins Birthday Gift
For my twins birthday this year(43 YO) I bought each a Figs Snack Favorite. My daughter received Spicy Cajun Mix, my son, Cranberry Nut Mix and I bought myself Get-up-and-GO Pistachio Mix. They still talk about how much they enjoyed the nut mix I bought them. My only complaint was with my mix. It contained too much chocolate for an otherwise delicious mix of pistachios, dried cranberries, almonds, cashews and cherries.
Worst customer service
They provide a good product, but customer service is horrific. I exchanged an order online, and there is no option to express ship. Not a problem- emailed them immediately (within minutes) and was promised that this would be taken care of, but I needed to send out the package before they could process it. Not a problem, mailed it on the next business day, order was processed, but not express shipped. Emailed them immediately to get this issue resolved, no response. Emailed them the next day to try to get them to catch their own mishap, no response. Facebook messaged. Emailed 3 days later, finally got a response stating "sorry, too late, miscommunication". Well it's too late because you failed to respond; I did everything I could to right this. Emailed back asking for some type of compensation since they failed to be diligent, no response. Called and left a voice mail, nothing. Texted, nothing. Finally, two weeks later, they emailed saying apologies. But dodged my request for refund. Text again, call again, etc. etc. Finally after all of the harassment, they offer $ back. The excuse? "Sorry we're a small team and making growth." No wonder all their claims on the BBB are for customer services issues. You know it's bad when the customer is trying to right their wrongs, rather than the company initiating the conversation.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Placed an order, never got a shopping confirmation. Emailed customer service, who said they would expidite the shipping and I would receive my confirmation soon. Never got a confirmation. Weeks after ordering a Deep Royal Blue pants and top in medium, I received a medium pant and an XS pant with a tag attached for the top that I didn’t receive. When I contact them regarding sending the tiny pants back and getting my top, they tell me they are phasing out the deep royal blue and don’t have that top in that color anymore. I can only wear royal blue so, now it looks like I’m sending the entire order back. However, after this experience & reading other reviews I’m not sure I’ll ever get my money back. Anyone got a medium deep royal blue top, I’ll buy from you! Lol otherwise, I will likely not ever be a Figs customer again.
FIGS, I'll start with the bad!
The only thing (not good) that happened to me in my relation with FIGS, it is that sometimes the orders are delayed in delivering, due high demand for their uniforms, (well, their email said so). In my particular case, only happened once and they sent me a $ 15 credit for the inconvenience. About the customer service, I only communicated with them via emails and they always responded promptly. About the scrubs, there is not much to say, they are incredibly good in all aspects, quality, design, durability, including the student discount and the offers that sometimes saving 25%. And principally, I really like how I look in them. I have used many brands but without a doubt this is the best.
