My wife, the extra savy online shopper that she is went to YouTube while I was painting our brick fireplace. She finds this YouTube video from StarfireDirect on 'glass fireplaces' and closes me on the deal. I went along without arguement "only" because the installation looked so easy-lol. (Of course the wife thing had nothing do to with it). In all seriousness, the young man on the video was quite professional and convincing. The website was very user friendly and professionally layed out. I ordered the burner, and will likely go back to the site for all the other accessories as well. Kudos to Starfire!!!!!!!!!!!

Called Starfire based on Internet ad. Saw same product at Am Furniture Warehouse but it was back ordered until Jan 2017. Their price was &899 + tax + delivery. Starfire's price was $1249 with free shipping, fire glass instead of lava rock & a cover. Product ended up about $100 more expensive at Starfire, but we'll have it next week, not 6 weeks from now! So far, very satisfied!!

Customer service person was very thorough with helping me with my purchase, and offered other options.
