Called to order. Kim Woody was very helpful taking my order, offsetting the negative impact of the hanging web site. Otherwise the web site is easy to use when selecting the product I needed.

While checking out I had to keep refreshing the page after filling out each section of information. Thank goodness I did not do this once my credit card information was entered or I would have multiple orders as the page never loaded however I received an email confirmation.

I liked being able to purchase a Fire Pit kit. The parts all came in one kit so I didn't have to determine which parts fit the various sizes of the individual components. Simply & easy.

They had all the answers to the questions I asked.

Ordered two items, one was incorrect item in correct box number. Tried around six times to get someone on the phone. Just kept getting voicemail and no one would call back. Eventually had someone answer and acknowledge the error and he emailed me a return form to fill out. Was unsure whether I was to fill it out and send the item back with it but not sure so emailed back twice with no response. I am reluctant to send back the wrong item with out a return number. It would have been a whole lot easier if they just sent the correct item.

Just did my first purchase of fire glass very simple to purchase. My friend MALONE recommend this product to me can't wait to start a fire in style.

Glass pieces were so small that they fell through the air holes. I used the amount I would need generator and it quoted 12 pounds, I ordered 13 and it was not even close enough to cover the gas pipes on bottom. I thought the glass was supposed to be 1/4"-1/2" pieces, but most were 1/16" at most. Will be buying more at ??? Where I can see what I am buying.

Fireplace was shipped to my home in 3 days. Was easy to install and we could not be happier. Also purchased the remote control which is equally fantastic. Highly recommended. Was hesitant to order online without seeing in person, but it exceeded our expectations.
