1. Should have better timelines of delivery online. I want to know approximately when I will get my product to decide whether I will order it or not. I still don't know. 2. Had a payment problem with my order once. Rather than calling me about the problem, they just cancelled the order. I had to call them to find out they had not sent it and it was cancelled. They should have called me. No real apology either.

I found the glass I wanted and found the video most helpful in my selection.
