I once used Catch frequently. I never had an issue and they were always good. Until all of a sudden, every single item on the website has "Sorry, this item cannot be delivered to the selected postcode." written next to it. Upon inquiry, the nonsensical reason I was given for this, is that they've changed their delivery service coverage all of a sudden. Well, I'll certainly be recommending to anyone I know that they not shop here ( which they probably wont be able to anyway now ) Thanks for nothing Catch, I live rurally and having your site was helpful for items. Not anymore. Oh, and a quick edit - Catch still delivers to the next town over which is only 20 mins away, but my postcode is not on their updated delivery list. ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS. Edit In Response to reply - Catch, 90% of your stuff comes via Australia post. Not a courier. How much can they possibly be charging you? And please can you explain WHY the next town, 15-20 mins away can still get deliveries, but my town can't? That's kind of redundant don't you think? And If Target or KMart weren't 3 hours away from where I live, I'd be going there and not worrying about whether Catch delivers or not. Click and Collect is absolutely no help to me at all. Again, thanks for nothing.
An Excellent Jacket for Medium Weather Sailing
We ended up buying two of these jackets. We ordered one for my partner, received it and understood the excellent value it represented and so purchased one for me. Excellent for light to medium weather sailing and outdoors in winter.

used to buy a bit from catch in their early days....... now its just where you pay more for no reason. haven't bought a single thing over the last 2-3 years. looked at a coleman utensil wrap found sub $20 on catch its $40.60. most things i've searched for are 50-100% more on catch now than other online stores. trying to use my ONEPASS free delivery perks but their pricing is....... ooof what???

Don’t waste time and money on this site-unprofessional with appalling customer service
Catch is ultimately owned by Westfarmers but the customer service standards on this site are extremely poor. I ordered and paid for an item of costume jewellery from the site and was concerned to see Catch had shown the item as delivered. I rang to ask for an investigation as the item was not received and received a response claiming the item was delivered. The customer service person was quite aggressive claimed I had to prove I hadn’t received the item although they did not have a signature for delivery as required. I contacted the wonderful courier DHL who did a proper investigation and after a three hour investigation they pulled all of the customs documentation which proved the vendor had claimed in the invoice that the parcel contained old white jeans not the item required.I took many hours out of my day to conduct the investigation but clearly that should be the responsibility of Catch not the customer.Further the customer service person asked if i could deal directly with the seller. I refused not surprisingly. After all the documentation was provided to Catch - the service person said it would need to be referred to another team who would revert in 3-5 business days. Frankly I have now lodged a dispute with PayPal . The Vendor MUST know what documents were lodged with Customs so i am suspicious this might be a scam. Just avoid this site unless you have unlimited time and the energy to deal with this hostile and inert site.After 17 emails Catch finally admitted the product ordered was not delivered. The Vendor stated -Once we receive the incorrect item back it will be checked into our system and you will be notified via email, we will process the refund once confirmation is received from our warehouse. ‘After 5 days and repeated calls the Vendor’s courier has not picked up the unsolicited goods nor have i been given a refund.Latest the vendor has pricked up the unsolicited goods but not refunded-unacceptable.
Lesson in how to waste time and money.
Placed order 26th August for DVD player and 4 plug power board. Catch sent order in two parts. Instead of $149 DVD player Catch sent a $40 garden sprayer. I sent off an enquiry that Catch eventually responded to. In the end Catch take your money immediately but make your wait for a refund and there is nothing you can do. Or so I first thought. I also had a problem with the second part of the order coming from NSW that travelled back and forth between NSW and Qld. So I sent both Catch and the transport company a separate enquiry e-mail every 15 minutes complaining about their lack of service and how, because I am in a wheelchair I had to pay for a taxi to the post office and back and I would never get that money back. Those e-mails I sent, well I sent 60 of them. Give them some pain back. Never deal with Catch again.
