Scam. Paid no goods.

I ordered goods. Not despatched. Lies by Catch of the Day. Courier company hasn't received it. Been waiting 2 weeks. Wasted $200 and now I will be stuck with equipment for the event I bought the products for, really unhappy. No resolution from customer service. Untrustworthy.

Customer experience

I’ve experienced little to no issues with using catch.com they have great prices and a lot of the communication I have received has been good. There has only been two small (cheap) items I purchased that I wasn’t happy with the product but other than that I’m a happy customer

A beautiful little top from Catch that matches so many outfits both jeans and skirts plus, it was at a great price for a very expensive looking top so, I just had to buy it!

Paid using CATCH, received nothing.

Made a purchase in July 2023 from a CATCH seller called AU PRODUCT. When it didn't arrived I contacted the seller. Found out it was sent to an old address, even though I had provided my current address. And paid with PAYPAL, which also lists my current address. AU PRODUCT suggested I travel to my old home, an hour away, and door knock. I said no. They said they couldn't help me and to contact CATCH. So I did. CATCH said there was nothing they could do and referred me to their Terms & Conditions. Bottom line, I paid, received nothing. Look, if they had simply admitted the error and offered something like a discount on a future purchase then I would have been a happier customer. Mistakes happen, I get that. But I got stonewalled.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses on…

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses on the same order. One pair arrived 4 weeks later and the other pair still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent emails to Catch to find out what’s going on but still haven’t had a reply from them. Terrible service

Poor support and customer service

Poor support and customer service. Bought an item using catch, supplier provided wrong tracking information and then keep on saying it is coming soon from overseas. They dont know, cant produce latest tracking update, not giving refund. When raised to Catch, they have done nothing so far (more than 5 days now), just keep emailing dont worry, we looking into it etc with no action. Will never buy from catch again. No ownership for product sold using their platform, no support to customer. Customer left At the mercy of unprofessional seller, waiting indefinitely for refund or product.
