Bad People I ordered sneakers , i tried to get a return form to post them back and get a bigger sizeThey told me too late you have passed the 14 days . ( which i think is illegal). They had been delivered only 2 days before I contacted them. On their reason questions it did nit say anything about item not fitting.

Poor delivery service
We order several items and they have been delivered at the doorstep. I needed to ask them to bring the items at my apartment as they were big and heavy . Last delivery was an heavy item (32kg) and the delivery guy left it at the ground floor of the building. When I was struggling (I am a petite woman) to drag it to the elevator the delivery guy passed by the entrance and looked at me . No help at all , just drove away :( very disappointed with the delivery service.

This is fraudulent company. They take my money, steal my card details to create unauthorized transactions to steal more money and never deliver the product I have bought (100 Nuubu patches) They are using Amazon name to cheat people.

No refund available,they will just send another of NOT as described item as long as mine is unopened....how does anyone no what it is what as described or if it works till it's opened. Item received was faulty. Waiting weeks with poor communication to organise refund. Try to send you to sort it yourself wth manufacturer number instead of being able to return it through them, the supplier. Absolute poor customer service. Would not trust them again. Buy in person

Market Place Sellers On Catch
Due to issues with a 'market place seller " Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics and Fresh Beauty who sell on catch but do not deliver I will no longer deal with Catch. Catch is owned by Wesfarmers - One Digital and I will be lodging a complaint with Wesfarmers about Catch and the non delivery if items. I should have driven 15 minutes and purchased the fragrances from an authorised perfume boutique, instead of dealing with Catch and Fresh and Top Logistics. Update: Products eventually arrived after multiple emails and messages between Catch, Fresh and PayPal. Exhausting! and unnecessary if they ran their affairs in a proper business like manner. Update: In addition this is the response via email from Trust Pilot which to me comes across as blackmail. " You’ve written a review for Catch.com.au, and they’ve asked for more details to better understand your experience. If you don’t respond, your review may be taken offline." I have dome as requested by Trust Pilot.
Do Not Use This Company!
I bought a golf buggy on line for $399 from CATCH.COM.AU. A Stinger SG-6 Push Buggy - Black. Within a minute the order status said CANCELLED. Yet $399 was deducted from my bank account! After slow frustrating communications with CATCH.com.au they said my money would be refunded in 24-48 hours and they were sorry the order was cancelled by their system. Money never got refunded and they told me to contact my bank. 4 days later still no money has been refunded and now my bank is investigating the transaction. CATCH.COM.AU have washed their hands of it. I am furious.
