Never using Catch again. Over a month since I ordered. Never got my item. Told catch. They’ve done nothing and ignored my messages. Seller has countless poor ratings saying their item was never received. Catch don’t care. I’m out my money and it’s gone. Used to be a trusted seller but I will never use it again because you don’t get what’s ordered anymore. Catch support scam artists and didn’t help me.

I bought a Fast And Furious Dominic Toretto's Cross Pendant Chain Necklace & when it arrived found that it was not as described & very very poor below standard quality especially when compared to one I bought in Dubai for half the price I paid on Catch. I got in touch with them about sending the item back for a refund as the item is not as described & that I was not happy with it they replied after about a week asking me to send pics of the item & its just been a wild goose chase since then. They have no customer service etiquette no quality control on the products they sell hassle you make you run around in circles if you want to make a return with the idea of just shaking you offl where you'll eventually get tired & give up. It's a pity that sellers like these are as good as someone who mugs you on the street & takes your money just that these do it hiding behind a platform..CATCH. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL & AVOID DEALING WITH THEM. I am in the process of getting the issue to A Current Affair so that Aussies will not be cheated of their hard earned $$$.

I really needed a new suitcase. I had my fingers crossed it would be delivered in time before I flew. It came the day before I travelled. I was super impressed with the service.

Bought 4 sets of sheets and 1 was like sandpaper, seller sent replacement set and it was better but still rough, then seller sent another different set and it was great. Seller BeddingnBath went so far out of the way to make things right, I trust them and would buy from them again for sure.

First time use catch, received fake product there.

Full of dodgy scam companies peddling rip off products. A lot like ebay. But harder to claim and report the dodgy company. At least on ebay it's easy to report a scammer. When you catch them out they offer a refund if you don't leave a bad review (blackmail you) only to short change on the refund because of the catch commission fee. Recently bought a power bank from a seller that didn't work. It was full of inferior batteries that weren't even connected. The seller had a 5 star rating. Because like us they blackmail the customers who catch them on their scam into not giving a bad review for a refund. Then when you leave a bad review it doesn't seem to show. It's like they can filter it. My opinion is AVOID marketplace sellers. Too bad I can't upload the photos on here of what I found when I opened up the power bank.
