I recently had an unfortunate experience with Catch that led me to write a negative review on TrustPilot. I purchased a retractable hose reel from them two years ago and signed up for their One Pass program with a free one-month trial. However, I cancelled the service immediately after signing up and was charged a monthly fee for the past two years without my knowledge. When I contacted their customer service team, I received an automated email response claiming they had no record of my cancellation, which I found to be fraudulent. However, after leaving my initial review, I was contacted by a Catch representative who apologized for the poor experience and issued a full refund for all charges made in the past two years. They also offered me a $15 store credit as a gesture of apology. While I appreciate their effort to make things right, I still find it disappointing that it took a negative review for them to take action as it never happened like the way they replied. Furthermore, I sent 4 follow-up emails and made 2 phone calls to their customer service team to check on the status of my refund, but received no response. This lack of communication made the experience even more frustrating.

They sell inferior products that are not worth a pinch of ****. Then they scam you by not giving you a refund. Beware of Sello Products they will rip you off. They claim to be in Australia as well but given the poor English in the replies to me, I am guessing they are overseas. Also I have had problems with other companies that use Catch. I would be staying clear of Catch. Response to catch, seriously do you lot not talk to each other? I have been dealing with Ruby from Catch for two weeks. Fat lot of good it got me as she was useless and did nothing but favour the seller. Complete waste of my time. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE CATCH OR THE RIP OFF MERCHANTS THEY CALL SELLO PRODUCTS. PACK OF THIEVES.

Ordered from ABA on catch. Never received ordered. When sent signature, it clearly wasn’t mine. I was also home on the day it was allegedly delivered. Been over 2 months of requesting a refund. I get the same automated response from the “dispute team” pretty sure it’s just a bot.

Try as I might, I cannot give any support to this company. Despite offering for sail a gaming desk "&" gaming chair at a marked combination. The chair only arrived and the alluded to 2nd package was advised as being probably the chairs assembly manual ??????. The 75year old pensioner who purchased the combination desk and chair did so as a birthday present for her grand son. Since that time has become very glib at fobbing her off with ridiculous excuses and stony silence. THINK VERY HARD ABOUT THESE PEOPLE, WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR NEXT ONLINE PURCHASE. THEY HAVE A PREPONDERANCE TOWARDS MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS AND AVOIDANCE.

Very good offers come up and you can get known brands and designer goods at great prices. You can also get those hard to find items at times. I love Catch.

Please be aware! I purchased 2 pre-paid SIM cards for my mobile phones for use on vacation in Australia. The company accepted/took payment from my UK bank account but on arrival in Australia would not activate the cards without an Australian bank account despite having already pre-paid for the cards. Their customer services did not offer any help at the time but since returning to the UK and contacting them again, a refund has been given.
