Dont bother buying from Catch, Still waiting for my item to be shipped. I have also messaged them 4 days in a row and nobody has bothered to answer me at all. I have asked them to refund me as well and they also cant be bothered to answer me. I will NEVER use them again. UPDATE: Surprise surprise, the same day I put in a refund request from Paypal to get my money back, Catch send me an update that its been send, BUT WAIT, the tracking number is fake and leads me to a 404 page, (sorry this does not exist) Good try Catch but you wont CATCH me out with your BS lies.

Easy to order, delivery in a very reasonable time. No issues with my most recent order of festoon lighting, foil wrap, etc. It's great to be able to also do click and collect for most things.

Be warned. Do not keep your credit card details stored with this company. Somebody fraudulently accessed my account and ordered goods to be delivered to an unknown person and address. Despite my every effort to engage Catch and the vendor to halt the transaction they did seemingly nothing to address the issue, ultimately delivering to the fraudulent address. Their only option for resolution was for me to address the matter with my credit card provider, somehow trying to avoid any responsibility on their part. I am extremely disappointed with how Catch are handling this and think you should be very cautious in dealing with them in any way.

received an email on the order has been shipped but without any tracking information.

Ive ordered 12 days ago and my item still hasnt been shipped, stuck at "in progress". Ive sent the seller 4x messages dating back 10 days and have messaged catch too asking for an update or assistance in general. Nothing. Its a backpack for travel and I leave in 10 days, doubtful it will come in time. First time using them and its been terrible. EDIT: Finally got a tracking number! Because it was finally posted, today, 17 days after I ordered my package. It states on catches page it will be posted with 5 working days. Again, its a backpack for trip which im leaving for in 3 days, so it has 3 days including today to get here. Thats probably not happening, and it shouldnt have been left this late. I will never be using catch or Decathlon again. Sticking with Amazon next time even if its international. It would still be faster.

You will lose your number if anything goes wrong. I got totally screwed by Catch. Whilst trying to port out there was a discrepancy in user detail. I offered all security measures to fix. They refused point blank. Lost my phone number. They don't care. Customer service is atrocious. 4g is not great either in my area. Im avoiding forever.

Autoelecau is a honest and well organised business. Lightning fast delivery. Half price on a high quality working jacket. I just couldn't ask for more. A really happy customer.

Catch.com.au is really a fraud, I was trying to buy a chair from this website, and the discount fee is $99.85, but the shipping fee is about $40 something. By using onePass member benefit, you can have free delivery. The website requires me to type the 18 digits pin of the reward number, who the heck nows what it is!

If you are ever happy about a purchase from these clowns, the joke might be on you. I purchased a phone case which they abruptly cancelled after 7 days of not communicating. Nice prank, I actually believed I had bought a case. However, it's not all funny, when you realise time waits for no one. Minus a thousand stars was my rating but I couldn't find the option hence the 1 star.
