AUOID BUYING anything from AUSWAY MarketPlace Seller!

This rating is NOT for CATCH but for their market place seller AUSWAY........AVIOD buying anything from this company AUSWAY, they sell products that don't work and then cause you unwanted stress by making it VERY difficult to get a REFUND and AUSWAY has the WORST Customer Service of any company. ALL BUYERS BE WARNED, read the reviews of this HORRIBLE company AUSWAY before you decide to buy anything .......how CATCH allows such a company AUSWAY to SELL on their website and SCAM customers off is also unbelievable!

9 months of waiting for an ice tray ?

I ordered an ice tray on their website with Apple Pay. I looked thoroughly for shipping information ( what time it would arrive, ) it didn’t have any information. I payed for it expecting the most time it would take me around 3 months. Later received an email telling me to expect it in November. 9 months away? I tried to cancel my order but you can’t cancel an order even if it was placed 10 minutes ago ??

3 months and no delivery

Placed an order in early November for a handbag and a wallet. Handbag arrived quickly and I am yet to receive the wallet (tracking shows that its pending delivery). Sent a message to Catch in January asking for a refund as the wallet was a Christmas present, received a generic response advising there are delays due to COVID..so sick of that ridiculous excuse. It wasn't coming from overseas. It's now been 3 months since I placed the order, they have my money and I have no wallet. For the life of me I cant find a customer service number to call. Absolute shocking service.

Will never buy from Catch again

I was totally unhappy with an item I received as not what the picture on line looked like so I wanted a refund after 2weeks of phoning customer service and emails with photos attached their reply was always the same that someone will get back to me in 2days which never happened untill I said I would go to ACCC Than I get a reply that the supplier has denied my refund request.i will never buy from Catch Again .
