Awful product - Todo digital photo frames - they do not work - bit of a process to get a refund but most worrying is the very obstructive and misleading information for claiming a refund for the cost of sending the products back. I am out of pocket for the $30 on SD cards which did not fit the product (recommended with the instructions) plus $22 on the freight to send them back.

Good product, good service.. only i thought there would be two bookends supplied. On re-looking at the order it does say only one.

Catch made my chrismas shopping so much easier because I live in a rural area with, imited shops. The only issue I found, was that it was a little hard, and confusing to look for particular items.

Tracking service is not such. Said my item was ‘Dispatched’ and ‘ on the way’ on December 14 nothing has arrived and when I asked, they said they should receive it by January 17! Totally illogical and lies. No one knows what to say and the tracking system clearly just a placebo. And it still has not arrived. January 19.

Ordered clothing that was advertised to arrive for Christmas. It didn't.

I purchased international soccer outfits from Catch.com on the condition that they promised on their website, guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Well, that turned out to be untrue. I now don't have a present to give to my Nephew on Christmas Day.

Ordered a Garmin watches 23rd November 22. Both due well before Christmas. One arrived. The other (black, male watch) has not. Have asked for an update, cannot get a response. Sent a ‘are you enjoying this product’ email on 15th with a review option. Will not let me give one star. Delivery can be tricky but no reply to contact is disgraceful. Christmas missed. The table I bought from catch.com.au should have arrived before Christmas Before buying, I searched for the delivery date on the catch website. The item has been waiting in the 4px logistics warehouse for exactly 12 days. Tomorrow is Christmas and I don't need this item after tomorrow. 4PX LOGISTICS IS AUSTRALIA'S WORST transport company. Stay away from stores that do business with this logistics company
