Can't believe its a scam.

"UPDATE" 13/12/2022 As of today, I still have not received any email( Not inbox, not junk) from Catch team that they will follow up with the issue even they said on this website they will contact me." Original Post: I've been offered by catch connect to renew both of my existing prepaid sim plan and get 25% off. However, at that time catch.com have a promotion of purchasing prepaid sim plan and get 50% credit back to use on catch website. I specially took a screenshot of the fine print as a prove of purchase that "there is no condition written in regarding to new or existing account user". It simply said purchase prepaid sim plan and get 50% credit. I sent catch connect and catch.com many email and both of their team deny responsibility and not offer the 50% credit after I purchased the plan for $240. Catch connect replied: As per our email dated 8th and 10th of November, we cannot offer you this voucher as you have incorrectly purchased a new plan which is intended for new numbers and not existing numbers. In addition, you purchased this SIM from catch.com.au, please contact them directly regarding your complaint. Report misleading claims to the ACCC Anyone can make a report to the ACCC about a false or misleading claim. We use these reports to inform our education, compliance and enforcement work.

I bought an Apple Watch series 7 GPS on 23/11 via express post. Shipping has been smooth and arrive within 2 business days. However, i was extremely dissapointed with the product as I strongly believe it has a battery faulty issues. Apple product suppose to be active and use immediately. My watch appear the charging issue called (snake charging) and unable to turn on even i charge for hour, nothing active at all. I want to claim the refund for this and happy to return with everything include. Sadly no reply from catch and won't purchase from this again, please give me back my money

Expected delivery 2023

I placed an order today (26.11.22) for two items which both showed as in stock and ships within 2-3 business days. However the email confirmation came in showing the expected delivery was 11th Feb 2023! I'm hoping this is just a technical glitch as I paid extra for express delivery

From bad to worse, I won't ever shop here again

I ordered a square rug as advertised on Catch's site on September 27th. Not only did the delivery driver not deliver on the day they said they would (October 4th), but then without any notification or follow-up they just left the item outside my property the following day (October 5th), whilst I was out. Immediately when I got home and saw the item, I could see through the packaging that the rug was round and not square. On October 5th I initiated a returns request with Catch. Because of the issues with the delivery driver, the item was never marked in my online account as 'delivered' and so therefore, I could not request a return online. I was forced to email a customer service representative and request a return that way. However, Catch's customer service response has been so incredibly slow. Each time they reply to me they just tell me they're waiting for their supplier to respond to them. It is now November 21st and I am still going round and round in circles trying to explain why I want to return the item and only now have I been told I'm outside their 30day return policy window. Surely if you're that slow to reply to a request, a 30 day window cannot apply? This is utterly ridiculous of Catch. If you're imposing a 30-day returns window, the window to respond to a returns request cannot be 47 days - that simply does not add up. I will never shop at catch again, this whole experience has been awful from start to finish. I would recommend to anyone else reading this, if you are contemplating purchasing something from catch online, do so in the knowledge that the items they advertise on their site are not what they will send you and if you did ever want to request a return - the process is awful, long & not guaranteed. You're better off buying from somewhere else. Amazon has a great returns policy - or buy online at Myer, where you can return in store for free? Honestly, anywhere but Catch....

BEWARE OF THIS SELLING PLATFORM They retain your card details with no option to remove without providing another card. I recently had a break into my account and Karka Queiroga from Olympic village Sydney had ordered themselves a coffee machine on my account and therefore on my card - CATCH not only ignored my online advice that the transaction was fraudulent until 2 days later on a Sunday evening via auto response, when I followed up with a phone call on the Monday morning it was all too late and the item had been delivered - no checks, delivered 800kms from where I live. Catch claim the security breach is not theirs if someone guesses my account login details and to contact my bank to dispute the transaction - I’ve had to cancel the card and dispute through the bank - IF CATCH DID NOT COMPULSORILY STORE CRCARD DETAILS THE FRAUD WOULD NEVER HAD HAPPENED. Do not transact business with a company that offers no security support to customers - finally, perhaps they might have taken a minute to appreciate a good customer buying history before staining their reputation and customer relations over a $162.00 fraud - fools
