Black Friday Sale Scam

Ordered a TV on 30th November during Black Friday sales - Orders page showed that the TV was dispatched, however after chasing for 2 weeks we have been advised that it was lost by the courier. We requested a replacement and have since been advised by the Customer Service Agent that the TV is no longer in stock - despite still being able to order the same model online. This feels like a scam and Catch not wanting to fulfil the order at the sale price. I have requested that the complaint be escalated multiple times and asked for someone to phone me - with no action. Their Customer Service is poor - I have phoned the support number shown on their website 3 times and been hung up on each time after long waits. I then tried the online chat, only to be told that team doesn't have the authority to handle these type of enquiries. I have been emailing with a Senior Customer Service Agent - however his responses are slow, it would be much easier if an agent with the authority to approve a remediation would phone me.

Misleading advertising

Catch have resolved this issue to my satisfaction. As much as it took some time to resolve the issue (I received a full refund) I cannot thank the catch customer service person assigned to my complaint. She followed through with my complaint even though we disagreed on the nature of the purchase which was the stumbling block in resolving this issue. I ordered a garden chair from catch and received it within 3 days. I thought what great service. I needed a queen size bed and thought why not give catch a go, what a mistake. I found a bed, the picture displayed a queen size bed however when the package arrived unbeknown to me the bed was a single. I found this out when unpacking the bed. I immediately contacted Catch and they have claimed that I changed my mind and it has been nothing but a hassle since. The website displayed a queen bed and the price of a single bed. On a very small link beside the bed was the word 'single'. I have been negotiating with the catch rep for nearly a month and getting nowhere. I do not want to use catch again based on this experience..

Ordered a wave maker for my fish tank…

Ordered a wave maker for my fish tank money was taken but nothing arrived have tried to contact catch but no luck this company is a scam advise ppl not to use catch unless you want to throw your money in the bin logging a complaint with fair trade

Ordered 2 Advent Calendars for the…

Ordered 2 Advent Calendars for the grandchildren. One arrived just before 1 Dec 2022...but not the other. got a message from Catch saying it will arrive by the 11 Jan 2023! Suppose it could be used for next year....but if you are selling a seasonal product make sure you can deliver before that season is over! totally incompetent! So a day later, I want to give an update After receiving an email from Catch saying that the remainder of the order would arrive by 11 Jan....it arrives the next day! So left hand not knowing what right hand is doing. take care, you think you are on an Aussie site, but these items were shipped from the US which will add delays. Just be aware.

Ordered a 300 dollars item, they took the money instantly and never shipped it after 7 working days still waiting for it and now filing a chargeback claim with my bank. Horrible experience.

I placed my order on 4th of October.It has been 2 months since my first return request. I bought a rug which was supposed to be white, but when it arrived we saw it was more multi-colored rug which has charcoals-greys on it. O immediately contacted to Catch for the return process because the pictures and the descriptions of the rug were misleading .I was told that it is a special order and they need to contact to the supplier which is Rug Culture even if my seller was Catch. I was told again my return would be treated as a change of mind where I would be charge a 20% stocking fee and return freight.(for the misleading product). It was clearly illegal because there is no description about the restocking fee. They said they wouldn't collect the product I f I do not accept it. Then we decided to return it and we would make a complaint afterwards on Fair Trading. We filled out the return form 2 times there is no feedback, we call costumer service at least 2 times a week no feedback. Customer service provides model answers. They promise to give feedback in the day then no call no email just northing. It should not be that hard to arrange a return in 2 months right? Are you waiting us to get bored or change our mind? I am having the worst nothing but just the worst online experince in my life! I guess there is no mechanism to control customer representatives aand services, otherwise we would have found a response to all our calls and complaints. Applying for Fair Trade. IT HAS BEEN 5 WEEKS SINCE WE RETURNED THE RUG AND THERE IS STILL NO REFUND!

Miss leading advertising on their site

Miss leading advertising on their site. States item will leave warehouse in two days !! Their warehouse is local to me in Victoria. Apparently my order has been leaving the warehouse for about a week. Its not until you look further into the product you purchased that you realise its more than likely coming from China and is weeks away. Be more honest with your customers, last time for me.

I ordered cover for pets/dogs Navy Medium on 17 November 2022

I ordered pet cover on 17 November. I tracked the item which showed received by Australia Post 29 November indicating It is on it’s way. Until now 3 December 2022, I have not received the items
