They take payment, but dont send goods
Catch used to be a great company to deal with, but since 2022, their processes and customer service have taken a hit. Their website keeps taking orders and payment, but their warehouse do not send goods. They take money, without ever sending any items out. This keeps happening. I have contacted them several times (no reply from Catch) and then gone to Paypal where I finally got a refund.
3 ignored emails and still no goods…
1 month and 3 ignored emails i still do not have my product. My only recommendation is DO NOT USE.................. 4 emails now and still no answer, they are just stalling and playing games. Next stop FAIR TRADING as they can only described as PATHETIC

Catch have come good after some prompting. I will continue using them. Still need to bring back customer support to OZ.... I don't understand their lack of customer service. Their offshore support just doesn't get it. They delivered the wrong items , so it looks like the wrong label was put on the wrong order at Catch warehouse, as you have to fill out a "Did not receive" section, they keep on trying to chase Aust Post as not delivered. I keep telling them it is not Aust Post and they keep on coming back to me with the same crap. I have been a 12 year Catch customer, that is coming to an end. Bring your customer service back to OZ, so we can actually get some!

When you buy from Catch they appear to be selling for other companies so they don’t have control over the delivery. If the delivery company doesn’t want to deliver to your location then you have to chase it. They need to be able to ensure that when you order that it can be delivered to your address.You will spend a lot of time trying to get your package,in my case 17 days. I tried to email Catch to complain but they constantly tell me their inbox is full so try again later. I won’t be going through this again.
CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE
CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am not in the habit of returning goods i have bought online, but the times i have returned things from other providers, i have always had the postage paid by them.I bought a pair of shoes from Catch, used their size guide but shoes arrived and were way too big. In addition they were poorly made. Company wanted me to pay return postage so I went to catch customer service back in August. It is now end of October and still no result. I have sent photos, listed reasons why I want to return them but no action has happened. I keep getting generic responses to emails saying 'provide more evidence' even though I have provided it all. I have also made 3 calls - takes forever for call to be answered and then, although they sound sympathetic, still no action is taken.
MISTAKEN ORDER & REFUND
I recently mistakenly ordered an item and wished to cancel the item. I spoke to Jerome via “HELP” by text. He was extremely helpful. I also spoke by phone with a customer service representative and she was amazing. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she was pleasant and efficient I couldn’t be more satisfied

First time I placed an order on Catch.com and most likely the last time. After 12 days, still no tracking. They told me they are sending a replacement. Same issue! Wish I could give them -5 stars.

I have attempted to cancel my subscription with Catch for two months now and they continue to deduct from my bank account after confirming they have cancelled my subscription... do not subscribe because you will have the most horrible time communicating with this business to get out of the subscription to buy crap from their website Disgusting customer service
Orders don't even ship - Customer Service is Great though!
Placed 2 orders on 03/10/2022 and they are still processing, lodged a support case almost a week ago and still not a reply by Catch. Posting here because it seems this is one of the few places Catch actually replies. At this rate they effectively have had $100 of my money hostage nearing 2 or so weeks, if I wanted to wait this long I'd have bought it from Asia. Edit: Reached out to Catch Live Chat and spoke with Kenneth, Great service, will update my review likely to 5 stars if issue resolves. Edit: After speaking with Catch the orders did ship but tracking didn't appear in the Catch app. I got notified by the Auspost app that I had ordered from "Catch Returns" on the way with signature required on delivery (??) Most items have arrived some still pending. Appears I got 2 free hoodies (brand new, Used as packing material in the parcel) and some store credit for my time. Overall a bit of a rollercoaster experience but Catch came to the table to help rectify it above and beyond :)
