Terrible products and long shipping
Terrible products, terrible shipping times! Received 2 out of my 3 items. 1 of them was a lamp which, when assembled, couldn’t support its own weight. A pointless product. 1 month later and I am STILL waiting for the 3rd item. I have now cancelled it and now have to wait another 2 days to find out if and when I get a refund. Pain in the bum but mostly the shipping and quality are VERY hit and miss. Steer clear!
Ordered over a week ago
Ordered over a week ago, delivery still in Melbourne. Catch policy is you cannot cancel or amend orders after a few hours of ordering. Refunds only given on return, shipping fees may apply. Under Catch policy I could be waiting indefinitely for delivery. May as well buy much cheaper in China. If a company cannot get a product out of the city it comes from, for over a week, they should give up. Nowhere do they advertise pricing includes appalling delivery. I imagine that, although the parcel should not have still been in Melbourne, they will now blame flooding.

Did not receive an item I ordered. Did not receive any communication on where my item was and its status, even after raising an inquiry on their website. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing from Catch at all.

I am a regular catch customer (slightly obsessed) and the majority of my orders come quickly are of great quality and very happy with the value. Recently I had a order that didnt arrive for a few weeks, I reached out to customer service - they apologised, refunded me and gave me a $10 credit for the inconvenience. I'm very happy with catch overall.
Products "not delivered"
Ordered a large quantity of towels from Catch. A week later I received an email saying there may be a slight delay to delivery, to my click and collect store (my local kmart). Two weeks later (now almost a month since I ordered), still no delivery. My catch account showing the order "in progress" but with no further updates. 5 weeks after Ive ordered I contact catch online customer chat asking where the order is and am told first of all the order is in progress, then moments later its been delivered at my local kmart. When I questioned customer chat why I havent received an email, or a phone call or an sms to indicate its ready for pick up, Im told by catch that its out of there hands once its posted and its up to kmart to contact me for pick up. I went to my local kmart and they found the catch delivery, which has been sitting with them for over 2 weeks. Due to the fact I had no pick up barcode, it took 15 minutes to get things fiddled with so they can show the correct person is picking up the order. When I ask the kmart person why I wasnt contacted, they said its up to catch. Why didnt catch update the order to indicate it was dispatched? The items had been at kmart for over 2 weeks. I can understand maybe a slight delay with updating the order progress on the catch website but this is literally weeks later. I contacted catch customer service to request a refund on the delivery cost I paid. Three emails later (from me) and theyre still ignoring my request. Terrible customer service I will never shop with them again.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a pair of shoes through Catch at the end of August. I received them and unfortunately they did not fit so I contacted Catch to see how to return them They were Jo Mercer Shoes and they gave me the address to send them back to JoMercer Marketplace which I did. I never heard anything for about 2 weeks about my return so I contacted the number at Marketplace which happened to be Jo Mercer. They advised me that they had been received and would contact Catch to organize my refund. After approx 4 emails to Catch I have been "fobbed off" each time. Nobody ever rings me back. They advised in an email that they were having a dispute with Jo Mercer about who was responsible for my refund. As far as I was concerned I purchased them from Catch not Jo Mercer. So as it stands after over a month I am out of pocket and have nothing to show for my money. It's absolutely disgusting Customer Service from Catch. The next step is to put in a dispute to my bank and advise this is a scam. I will never purchase anything from Catch again and will let as many people I know of my experience. Disgusting!!!
