Ordered unit. Was lost in post. Seller sent a replacement unit without delay, by registered mail at their expense. Unit received in new condition, works as stated. Excellent service, excellent communications, replaced unit without question. Would buy from this seller again.

Disappointing customer service from Catch regarding item lost in transit

Catch should not allow such poor sellers on their site. I dealt with Ken and Christina from Catch, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a disappointing experience!!!! I purchased from Superior Homeware on the Catch Marketplace. The delivery driver left the item in an unsafe location and I never received the package. I complained to Superior Homeware and Catch but have not had any help from either. The Superior Homeware customer service told me it's up to the delivery company to reimburse me for the item I never received because the delivery driver left it in an unsafe location. The Aramex company responsible for the delivery told me it's the Seller who is responsible. I've been thrown back and forth and no one is taking responsibility for this, not even Catch.

Habe etwas bestellt, das auch gleich bezahlt. Ware kommt nicht. Den Kundenservice zu erreichen ist fast chancenlos. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit Mails zu schreiben. Laut Aussage soll ich ein E Bay Konto aktivieren. Das werde ich nicht und verzichte lieber. Never catch in the future. Kann ich auch nur jedem anderen raten!

Review for Gisselle mattress in a box king sized. I am not a "small person" and this is like sleeping on clouds. Catch is AMAZING, I've been a buyer for years, If I've ever had an issue with a purchase they are fast to find a solution that I'm happy with. compared to another online deal place( that I will never use again or recommend) I suggest typing in the search what you want and shopping on the site for the price that suits you. they often sell the same items with different prices. I am not being rewarded for this feedback, I am just a happy customer

Catch are not answering my queries

I am waiting for Catch to contact me, my order dates back to 8th November 2021, I received a communication on 9th November telling me my goods have been shipped via a company called ‘Shop’ I’ve contacted them two weeks ago - they have informed my that the goods were not received by them and I need to contact Catch direct. I have since sent 3 emails to the Catch.com’s sale line direct email address, which was on their website/confirmation email, but I have not received either my goods or a reply. I’m hoping in the name of transparency; by leaving this review maybe someone will (please) get back to me and tell me when my goods will be delivered. Or issue a refund.
