catch,com,au conned a 10 yr autistic girl
i bought a e300 razor scooter for my 10 year old after researching it and thought i would get in early for xmas,,scooter was left outside my door in plain site when 2 foot over would have been unseen. xmas comes,ive charged it up and am shocked at how slow it is i thought it may need time too wear in..after a week no improvement .its then i noticed the motor size was 250 watt .it is bigger or smaller depending what country you live in.i also noticed two of the foot plate bolts were worn ,she has charged up the scooter 5 times .she lives on a small island and rides too the shop about 8 min there and 8 mins back,,it then slows to walking speed,,after 5 chargers it stopped charging at all.i know chain drive can be noisy but this sounds crunchy,,this leads me too believe its a refurbished unit,,i rang got a returns number RMA number is 9998011170755. was asked how i would like to see this matter turn out.but this is no guarantee how it would be,,i answered refund.or replace/or supply correct motor and part refund as i believed at the time the motor was the wrong size .few more days past still nothing now it wont even charge,,i bought this scooter for my 10 year old autistic girl for xmas from catch not a on line seller..ive sent a request for a update ,,no response..i presume im going too have too post there junk back at my cost,,but i think i will buy her a alidi scooter and catch can go bugger off as i will use every platform available too me too review my dealings with catch, catch can jam there scooters and anything else they funtastic or toys r us sell.. it wont take back what should have been a great xmas present but i will make sure catch know not too take a dump on this Australian ,she is so disappointed ,it was clearly a con too get rid of old stock or refurbished stock,,its my opinion unless i change my mind that catch is a complete con,I do have Australian consumer protection and will see how that pans out..i will also go on talk back radio and have a wah wah there as well.i will also advertise my dealings in the local paper for free,,i will make a youtube video of the scooter and my dealings with catch,com.au then i might go too the small claims court after i contact consumer affairs' i might even visit there warehouse just so i can do a google review on google maps the bunch of in my own opinion con artists who are just above pedophiles but below used car sales men, ,you bet im pissed off at catch.com.au this has been a truthful review by jason taylor, ,the opinions in this review reflect my opinion at this time and maybe forever,,so too the moon catch,com,au
Won’t accept returns for faulty items
Very dishonest company. I purchased a Nintendo Switch from them which was faulty upon arrival. They have continually refused my requests to return the faulty item. Even Nintendo agreed Catch should be replacing it. Definitely don’t shop with Catch unless you’re prepared to take legal action to get your money back for faulty items. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
I order 2packs of R.A.T test kits
I order 2packs of R.A.T test kits on the 4/01/2022 as i required them for use before the 14th of jan . I spoke to the help desk which is in the Philippine's and was advised that the order had not been shipped and could not be told when it would be. The reason i used Catch was that on there site it said product would be shipped in 2 to 3 days ,as i had tried other sites who said they were out of stock. It has now been 7 days and the product requested is still at a standstill even thou it reads on the order "order in progress" . If i had been advised that the product was not available when ordering i would have looked elsewhere , not good enough Catch , i have been misled , never again
Bought a fridge/freezer from catch 10…
Bought a fridge/freezer from catch 10 days ago only to receive an email today they have cancelled my order due to an error and have no stock, on their site they are now selling the same fridge for 5 times the price and have 9+ in stock . Annoyed and frustrated
THE WORST COMPANY.
I purchased a record player for my mother for christmas and once opened on christmas day.. it was very FAULTY and had lots of problems. I am trying to return it as we speak and it's the WORST company I have ever dealt with returning something. It takes ten years and you have to go through so many hurdles just to return A FAULTY PRODUCT that is THEIR FAULT. geezzzz. Definitely will not be purchasing from here again because of this issue. If you do purchase from here, make sure you pay via PAYPAL as that will GUARANTEE your money back. EDIT: I contacted the email provided to the below response and still have not heard from them. That was on the 10th of January. It is now the 2nd of February. WORST. COMPANY.

Catch is a great company selling a lot items I can't get from other sites. My purchase of the outdoor set was a lovely experience. It sits beautifully on our porch and I love sitting there with my morning coffee and reading my emails.

Very slack support and assistance
Very disappointing customer service and lack of care for customer. I made a purchase and paid for it on the 26th November, plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas, or so I thought. I contacted Catch on the 17th December to advise that my purchase had not left their warehouse. A case was initialized, and someone from Catch would contact me in 2 days. No one ever did. I contacted Catch on the 2nd of January and was advised that the product I ordered was out of stock! I was then offered a refund for an amount less than I paid. I was being charged the delivery fee on an item that was not sent! After pointing this out a full refund was promised, (still waiting). Very poor way to treat customers and only offered refund when I contacted them. I will very hesitantly use the Catch site in the future, I will try to but elsewhere from now on. There was NO Aust Post or Covid excuse in this case, just poor customer updates and service. 37 days to finally be advised the product was never available after paying for it, not good.
