This wedge pillow is brilliant for tired legs, people with varicose veins, women over __________ (fill in your last birthday age!). You will not regret this purchase. It is soooo comfy. I went ahead and bought a second one straight away. You have to give it a few hours to "reconstitute" as it comes very squeezed together in a bag. Allow it that time, then enjoy.
Poor customer service and lack of internal process
Originally made a request for large quantity and price for a particular product on the 4th of December where I was directed to email the commercial team and was advised that they would get back to me in 1-2 business days. Sent the email same day, and three weeks later, we have yet to receive a response from this team. Contacted the customer service team again on the 20th December, and I was ensured that someone would contact me between 1-2 business days. Since then, I have received copy/paste email responses from the customer service team, in one instance with a completely different name in the salutation, stating that they are following this up for us. Have called Catch Customer Service again (2nd January) and was advised by the customer service consultant that they do not have the ability to follow up with the commercial team, and when I asked to escalate the issue to a team leader/manager was told that they do not have the ability to put me though directly. I asked for the process to escalate or lodge a complaint and was given the same/original commercial email again. Customer service has offered to have a team leader contact me, yet can not advise if the response would be the same/different - we are still waiting on this call. We had a relatively simple enquiry for our wedding that has not blown up into a month long saga, and it has become apparent that not only have they not been following up (as they advised they are unable to do so), that they have been outright wasting our time stating that they have been. Ridiculously poor customer service with a lack of internal processes and procedures.

Fraudulent seller keeps cancelling return of faulty not as described item
The Catch system makes you incredibly vulnerable to unscrupulous sellers. I was sent a faulty used power station and trying to return it has been a nightmare. The seller just keeps cancelling my return requests and catch has done nothing about it.
Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. I purchased a catch membership and headphones & updated my address at that time. I have emailed customer service as the item was left without a signature at an address in another city, that I don’t reside at. Takes days to get an email reply where they haven’t listened. Called the number and was told bad luck- and can’t be transferred to a manager or escalated as management are in Melbourne and the customer service team are offshore. No options to rectify. They said when you update your address that only updates your account and not your delivery address.
