The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. There is a lack of comunication between the market and the seller. Each time I tried to reach out it took a week to reply and sometimes no reply from seller. It lokks like once they get the money from you they don't take any responsibility. They just talk nice and rob your money. Becarful

Would not ship to my address

The response to my review is to blame this on sellers and bulk of items. I am not talking about such but several small items for dogs. I live in a regional area and these items were, as a direct result of my living in a regional area, unavailable to me. I could receive them at a city address in WA, for a few minutes and for a charge. Then the result changed, and I could no longer receive them. This system is clearly faulty and it is inequitable. Would not ship to my address; asked to change delivery details. Changed from country address to city. Then not free shipping but would be charged. This is not as advertised.

Priced an item on Amazon Australia at $46, found catch.com.au and the same item (exact) $159.. research your item, use amazon and ebay to get an idea of how much there ripping you off. Catch should be very embarrassed and ashamed for such

Very pleased with purchase

Shoes were true to size and exactly as picture on catch. Although there was a mix up in size - the Catch team were timely and of great assistance in helping to correct the problem and have the right size sent to me within 7 days. Well worth the wait. Getting lots of comments about the boots too. Ver nice indeed!!
