Catch offers a lot of online shopping platforms, they do have a marketplace that is not managed well. The sellers in the marketplace are not accountable and they don't respond to any of the queries once the order is placed. I placed an order on 18th August 2021, until today the item was not delivered, in fact, it was lost in shipment, despite proof and email from Aramex to seek the refund from the seller, neither Xin Sports nor Catch responded back to my query for refund. When I wrote a bad review Catch team sent a message to the seller to respond with no deadlines. The issue cannot remain unresolved forever despite sharing the Aramex suggestion to claim refund Seems like the only way the Catch team reaches out is to write a bad review. I am following up with them with no success. I will certainly not recommend using Catch.
