A fraud company

Bought a UHD 55" 4K through Catch for $1K and stopped working after 10 months. There is sound when turned on but no pictures except for ray light displaying at a corner of the TV. Put a warranty claim with Catch then they forwarded my claim over to LG, refusing to deal directly with me. Both Catch and LG asked for photos video, filling out online forms which have all been the case. Both came back saying I broke the screen and therefore warranty is voided. The screen is completely perfect, there is not a single scratch on the TV but they insisted that the light shines from within the TV us an indicator that the screen is cracked. Was told to get their authorised repairer to come and assess which I refused to pay for the technician call out fee. In the end LG agreed that they would bare the technician call out fees. The technician arrived looked at the TV and said the inner screen is cracked, that I had made Impact to the front screen and resulting in breaking the inside screen but the outside screen is still intact, no sign of damage. What a pathetic analysis, such fraud and a liar, they are done this many times sending their own authorised technicians. How can one brakes an inner screen of a TV without making a single scratch to the outside screen? The technician did not even open up the TV to show me if the inside screen was broken (if there is in fact an inner screen). He managed to look at the perfect screen on the TV and determined that the inside screen was broken. One would also ask why there are no pictures appearing on the TV of the screen is broken? There should still be pictures when the TV is turned on even if the screen is cracked... One could also argue that the inner screen is a dodgy one sandwich broke on its own. What a joke this company is? And their customer service is an absolute joke. Absolutely disgusting. Will not let this go easily, they need to be reported to authority, think they can bully consumers.

This is my first order with Catch

This is my first order with Catch, I bought three items for $263 AUD on the 26 of August. Catch sold one item out of the three which was delivered on the 6 of September. The other two items were shipped by a third party (Harrison Ford) in one parcel, the issue started when I received this parcel as the most important item was missing from the shipment! (delivered on 8 September). I can see the missing item stacker on the box, not sure whether it was taken out of the box or they just missed it. Placed two complaints and a week ago I have been told the third item coming on its way!!! Still waiting for the delivery. For me, this will be the last time to trade with both companies.

Order placed with Catch

I bought a $24 item from Catch and paid $77 delivery. Paid with Afterpay and saw this too late. I think this is rediculous. I tried to cancel my order immediately where they responded that they cant as it is already processed which is bull as it was not packed yet or left the warehouse. They sent the request to a 3rd party who cancelled the request from their side after it showed processed but unfortunately they did not charge delivery. Got refund the same day. The order that was left with Catch was $24 plus a $77 delivery fee which they refused to cancel.

Dishonest

Dishonest. Part of my order was missing and when I queried it I was given the run around. When pressed I was promised action but nothing happened. Queried again and was met with silence.. followed up twice since and still nothing. Have used catch.com.au a lot in the past but am now sworn off them. I will ensure friends and family that I have commended catch.com.au to know of my experience.
