Customer Service of the Highest Caliber!!!

The service I received from the people I interacted with online was exceptional. My questions were answered thoroughly. The responses I received were immediate; return emails were received within minutes. Most importantly, the retainers fit perfect perfectly, and they arrived earlier than scheduled. I received outstanding service that is sadly almost obsolete at other modern day, tech driven businesses! Can I rate you 10 stars?!

OK not great!

They are quick to get your money and slow to get your product. It seems the same as Smile Direct, but the packaging is smaller. Operators cannot do anything but answer what they have written before them with little to no proper help. It is ok for what you will pay. I have to wait to see what the final results will be.

This is what happened: Many emails were exchanged and nothing got resolved. I specifically said that the problem was the fit of the retainer, that is causing pain in my lower jaw. I specifically asked to get a new kit so we can do new retainers, instead you send me a new retainer set , the same that I already have. Basically I still cannot use them and all this time waisted for nothing. I NEED A NEW KIT SO I CAN DO THE PRINTING FOR A NEW SET OF RETAINERS. Please advice. Thank you for your assistance

Impression process is awful

There has to be a better way to do impressions for night guards. You only have 2 sizes, neither cover my back molars and so I’ve had to do this over now 3 times. This is the last time. No one there seems to be able to help, they just say ‘try’. If it doesn’t work this time, I would like my money back the guard that I’ve already paid to have produced and I’ll just have to go to a local orthodontist fora night retainer. This whole experience after SmileDirwct has been awful.

Horrible service

Horrible service. I have been waiting 3 months for my retainers just to recover a email stating i need to take new impressions. There process is extremely slow and clearly needs major adjustments.
