We have tried I believe every which way to make this work but we haven’t been able to get retainers that fit. I’m not sure what the issues are, I thought you had the history of SmileDirectClub. There’s a real possibility that you have old data, if you called, I think we could walk through this.

Good service, poor product

Ordered from them after my dog got my Invisalign retainers I had over 4 years. Initial package came quickly and return of product came in about 3 weeks. A little slower than I'd liked, but they did keep me updated in the progress. The retainers received looked good, but immediately felt "thinner" than the Invisalign. I also noticed they did not cover my back molars which I thought would be necessary to keep the whole retainers from sliding forward... First use I noticed the edges were sharp, but overall the retainers fit very loose- not the snug fit I was used to. After about a week of nightly use, the retainers were so loose I literally thought they'd fall off my upper teeth. I can't possibly see these doing anything as they're so soft and pliable. There's no "popping" them off like I was used to, they just slid right off. Very loose. I'm not sure if it's the thin material or just a bad mold, so I'm giving it another shot. I'm in the process of requesting a replacement and see how it goes the second time around. If it's not any better, I'll go back to Invisalign. It's double the cost, but I really don't want to lose the progress after 3 years in the Invisalign. So far the customer service has been very good and responsive, but the actual product does not seem good at all. We'll see how the second attempt goes.

I received the kit quickly. I have not opened it yet, but plan on getting to it ASAP. What follows remains to be seen, but I am looking forward to getting a straight bright smile back again!

It's been 2 months and I haven't…

It's been 2 months and I haven't received my order. I send emails and I get auto response that my order is on the way but with no tracking number or anything.

I received my new retainer yesterday

I received my new retainer yesterday. I got the comfort fit. I wore them last night and they were so much better than the ones I had from the OTHER company. They fit better. They were better quality. They didn’t rub on my gums and cause sores. They were tight because they are new so my teeth are a little sore today. But that is totally normal. I do plan on buying another set of retainers soon. I totally recommend this company.

After sending back my molds, I was informed every step of the way as to the process of my retainers. I received them in under 2 weeks. They fit perfect.
