Not happy, not going to book with them again

There is no coordination between Sales (offers) and the customer service. $50 voucher sent to my email id is a scam, While booking my ticket customer service could not honour it over the phone or the website didnt allow to apply the voucher. Spoke to 3 people, they wont take ownership to assits my issue. I ended up paying the full ticket price without using the voucher. How Sad.

Worst travel agency

Worst travel agency, fraud people. I advise everyone not to book your tickets with these frauds This is waste travel service and don't go this when the people said 30 kg bagage and afetr ticket i got only 25 kg Same ticket i got in Byojet - $1650 and these people charged $1821 and cheating. When booking they are telling somthing and afterpayment that is diffrent. Please aware of this dirty cheated people. skycanner is the best optio, compare this dirty people Please encourage indian business, but not these idoits Please any one need more information, I will provide all the information

Miss information travel agency

Miss information travel agency. I pay them to change flight time and pay for that . First she said that she can do , when pay , then she said I can change date not time on same date which I requested. Then I ask to refund my money. She suggested me to that refund can be take 24 to 48 hours, two weeks gone, nothing refund me. Call few times, but nothing happens.

Scammers…

Agents are untrained and unprofessional. Take your money and don't give you full information. They told me to pay by midnight and which I did. Then when I called to confirm they said they haven't received my money and airlines will cancel the tickets if not paid by midnight. Asking me to call the bank at 11 pm. I chose their preferred method of payment which they stated in their email. I couldn't sleep that night. All because of these untrained agents. Few days later I needed to change my dates. I remembered correctly agent telling me this ticket is flexible and I can change anytime without any extra payment. I was thinking may be I paid extra for this service. After multiple calls to them they told me airlines have made some changes and we can't do a date change until they find out what changes. Apparently this is not a priority for them and they can't call the airlines to find out. So I called the airlines myself and they didn't do any changes. They were willing to change the date for me for $300 per person. I told them no because I remembered the agent telling me there is no fees. So I called the gaura travel again. Well to my shock they want $650 per person for date change. This is daytime robbery. How are they getting away with this. No proper explanation given by them. Total scammers. I hope they gets bankrupt and people will be better off without them.

Don't book any ticket with them

Don't book any ticket with them, Terrible service. They advised us Vietnam airline with 2 stops. They didn't tell that it will require a visa for 2nd stop which was Hanoi. I had to pay $500 for emergency visa for myself and 2 kids. They didn't take any responsibility of it, though they suggested this flights. On top of this they didn't book the vegetarian meal. They are pathetic and hopeless.

I had the worst experience so far with…

I had the worst experience so far with them, i have booked one sided ticket from delhi to melbourne in $599 for october . They never sent me ticket and when I requested for ticket they said it will be only sent one week prior. I had this ticket booked for my mother to come during my pregnancy and i got some health issues and needed my mum early I requested them to change or refund me so that i can book somewhere else as due to my health reason i cannot do my day to day duties, they ask me to pay $450 fee on top up of $599 if i need to change and than i call airline to check , airline advised if its medical reason they do not charge any fee that $450 is gaura travel fee…. I again requested them and applied for date change but they refused to waive off the change fee nor they will refund…. I am badly stuck with them…. I would say never book with them as i had booked with other travellers and ever had issue its first time i used them and faced the worst experience of my life… i am taking it further to report to ombudsman but beware people coz it can happen to anyone…… poor business

I was an employee at Gaura Travel, I worked at the Kolkata office named Global Travel Xperts. I shared Some of my experiences, 1) The Office environment is very toxic. My colleagues do all types of malpractices to get a booking and TL's are helping them to do that. 2) The HR, The Worst HR I have ever seen. Named Diya, She Just came to the office to sleep and scrolled the mobile, The best thing Here is a policy called ZTP, But it does not apply to her. She did all the malpractices but no one even the CEO never warned or punished her for this. Everyone knows that stealing money from petty cash, But still she is HR Here🤣🤣. All Employees need to follow the in-out schedule here, But she never follows that even the HR Manager and CEO Know that but no one takes any action. 3) NOW HR Manager, He is one kind of diya. 4) The CEO, Saurav Chakrabarty, is Kind of a confused man. He has greater knowledge, But here is what others say he believed and did the same. 5) I'm a tele-caller here, And I know very well that the motto of this company only takes bookings, After booking you never get any proper solution they only transfer your call to this department to this department. And regarding the refund you just think that you are giving your money to water. 6) The IT Team, They are not looking like IT They are looking like toilet man, whenever we need to go for the toilet or BIO Break we need those people's permission to go out. 7) The TLs, TLs Are best, They teach us how to do malpractices, How to avoid calls, How to steal someone's booking, How to take fewer calls and maintain your conversion When we take much amount calls then they ask us to come for feedback and we take some chil-Pill one that feedback room. we discussed out personal matter on that room. All TLs Are the same I know because I moved to all teams one and one. 8) One thing if any booked from here for good review, It'a a scam, Because we do outbound calls to take good review and give them a 25 $ voucher.

i always travel with gaura travels.this time i made a booking for my mum and sister who are travelling from India to Australia .Benedict JM was very patient and helpful.his cummunication and promptness of various flights are very impresive ,highly recommend gaura travels .well done guys .you make the best team .God Bless
