After an initial experience in lounge which was disappointing compared to previous visits, we reached out to Customer Services to help sort out the issue. Katie Andrew’s supported us through the process and gave flawless customer service and was a real ambassador for No1 Lounges and their brand, turning what was a disappointing experience in lounge initially into a good customer focused outcome and we are really thankful for the ownership and customer care given - thank you.

We arrived at the lounge on 12/5/24 at around 12/5/24 2ish. no bread or croissants available. We were told there would not be any until the next day! Not good at all! There were no puddings only tiny rocky road pieces and a bowl of apples and oranges! Not good either. Staff were friendly (Wendy) and helpful. Very disappointed for the money paid.

I had a good experience and although the lounge was very busy Wendy was a great help in making my stay very comfortable!
