Amy - Octopus Energy - Fantastic!

Amy has been supporting me over the past few weeks. I sadly had to leave Octopus energy and Amy was so helpful and even helped me with an unexpected surcharge. She has been a wonderful example of great customer service and I wish every customer serve rep could support in this way. Thank you, Amy.

Just renewed

It was time to renew and I didn't want to change provider as I was very happy with London Power. There are some slightly cheaper options but it's better to pay a bit more for a greener option and decent service. Speaking of good service, I needed to contact LP to answer one question before I renewed and was happy that Connor came back to me promptly with all the information I needed.

I asked you to look at my revised increased payment. Got a detailed response, and a revised payment, that I was happy with. Very satisfied, and great to get a real response. A big part of why I like Octopus

I have signed up for a very competitive dual-fuel tariff for which I pay a bit more in order to support London Power's environmental initiatives. Administration of my account is simplicity itself; any queries are promptly handled.

Great Service and cheap prices

My fixed term was ending and I contacted London Power to find out my options if I decided to stay with them. I received a prompt reply with a quote for my best option. I then checked it on two comparison websites and the proposed annual cost was cheaper with London Power than others. I emailed my acceptance and on the same day it was all sorted out for me. I'm therefore very pleased to stay with London Power who's service is second to none that I have encountered before in my 53 years of paying for power.

Sophie assisted me in getting my smart meter readings sorted and up and running. Response times were quick and customer service was good.

We changed to Octopus mainly because of recommendation from friends plus my husband had bought me an electric mini. Octopus has a brilliant electric car charging tarif. The engineer arrived on time never stopped work, was incredibly polite and Covid aware. He gave me clear instructions how to use the meter and completed an excellent job. ThAnkyou Octopus
