Switched to London Power over a year ago and can't believe the savings I've made. So much cheaper than my previous supplier that I'd been with for years. I thought switching would be awkward but was so simple and I saved over £200 in my first year. Excellent customer service with speedy 'real person' replies to emails. London Power has great prices for energy for Londoners. Octopus energy are the ones who really run it. The customer service is always on point. You ask a question once and they get things done!
