Excellent polite and professional service I’m new to London Power so I’m them very good so far

Great service from London Power. Sophie my advisor today was friendly and efficient in responding to and actioning my request. I am now going my second year with London Power as my duel fuel provider and have no complaints. Billing is competitive and transparent and any queries are dealt with in a timely manner. I have been happy with the service provided and would not hesitate recommending them.

Best Customer Service EVER As someone working in energy management I've had the misfortune of dealing with very many different energy companies over the years. Hands down, the very best I've come across, is London Power. They always fast responders, and always very helpful. Today, I was helped by Sophie who helped me with my default meter reading date.

My call was answered within seconds and I received clear answers to my queries. I'm very impressed with their prices, although you need to call to get the cheapest ones. Would anyone have a referral link, so I can join please?
