Excellent Customer Service. Swift Reply to my Enquiry.

I was worried having heard recent news about gas suppliers being in financial trouble because of rising costs of gas. I wrote to London Power to find out if they were included in the companies requesting Government help. I received a reply from Sophie Fuller almost immediately which reassured that I did not have to worry about my future gas supply. I was amazed to be answered so quickly.

Speedy service

Really happy with the speed I got a response from Sophie when I emailed about smart meters. I felt there was a more personal service than the usual pre written answers you get from many companies.

Moving house made easy

I moved house and decided to continue with London Power (Octopus) as energy supplier in my new home. I emailed several times with questions and Sophie from Octopus customer service responded quickly clarifying the process and putting my mind at rest, as moving is stressful at the best of times! I find them trustworthy, and appreciate the quick and clear communication to my queries.
