A great idea from Sadiq Khan!!

This is the only energy provider I've actually chose to stay with past my initial contract. The cheapest option by far for us and the fact that we can pay a little over £1 a month extra to plant some trees in London is amazing. We've had some meter problems (our old connection to the mains literally broke off the wall when we were renovating a few weeks after switching) and they sent an engineer in to upgrade us to the latest smart meters in a few days of us explaining the problem. We've since had some really weird issues with our gas not being registered, but they're being really helpful about it and are trying to fix the issue (though we're not currently being charged for gas, so I kind of don't want it fixed!) People give Sadiq Khan a lot of trouble for supposedly not doing enough, but he founded London power and it's helped to make green energy the cheapest in London! can't deny that's some good work from the Mayor Of London.

Any queries with Octopus are quickly sorted out and they are quick to respond which is great Krystle sorted out my query today. You can’t beat Octopus for personal service and great communication. Thanks Krystle you were brilliant. Vonnie

I contacted octopus with an enquiry, which was answered within a few hours , and my query was all sorted and dealt with for me within a few hours. I had nothing to do as Krystle did everything for me. Am a happy customer ! 🙏🏻

A returning customer!

I‘m a returning customer; I left due to the contract rates, but the returning rate was better! But more importantly the customer service is excellent, especially when dealing with KRYSTLE today, my request for a different direct debit amount, most efficient and helpful!

Great experience 👍

There was a mix up with my account and basically I suddenly owed about 400£ for one month. I was totally freaked out and panicking. I sent an email and Hayley was able to quickly and professionally rectify the situation, and she was super friendly, which doesn't always come through in emails, she really made me feel like I had nothing to worry about.

Excellent customer care

Another very positive phone call with Octopus Energy. Krystle showed a lot of care in sorting out an embarrassing situation with finance. This company has exceptional website, caring attitudes and treats customers as individuals. Thank you again

Excellent Customer Service

Have been with Octopus Energy for a couple of years and when moved house recently the customer service was excellent. They helped dealing with the existing energy provider and provided all the details of the process. Always helpful when dealing with my account and Krystle was patient and great at helping me maintain my current level of direct debit for the new property.
