Great Customer Service!

Few teething problems switching from EDF to Octopus but kept in the loop with regular emails from them. Emina contacted me once teething problems were at final stage and sorted quickly and efficiently by her, I’m now a customer of Octopus 🙂 Lovely friendly emails from her & treated like a person and not a number which is refreshing. If my initial positive experience continues I will be a very satisfied customer. Thanks Emina 🙂

Have just jolned London Power .

Have just jolned London Power and the tariff is perfect and the change over from my old supplier to LondonPower was without hassle,a few things i wanted sorted we're promptly dealt with,so this supplier is just what i would recommend.Thank You.

Attaining energy supplies via London…

Attaining energy supplies via London Power was one of my easiest and wisest decisions. London Power provided a supplier who addressed my needs at an excellent competitive price, and importantly made transferring the services in a professional and seamless manner! Their customer care service has been excellent and delivered in a professional and excellent manner.

London Power - Energy with Ease

London Power's communication and online account is so user friendly and easy to use compared to many other energy suppliers. There customer service is wonderful and it helps you don't have to sit on the hold for 30mins ahead of speaking to someone. Would highly recommend!

London Power for the WIN!

Switching over to London Power was straightforward and the customer service was tip-top. Sophie, Paloma, and Nehru worked in terrific coordination (and with no small amount of patience) to answer our questions and then effect the change. We knew the price for our combined electrical and gas energy was right with the London Power/Octopus team, but we couldn't have foretold the ease of the change and the level of service assistance provided. Thank you to all.

Why I recently left EDF for Octopus ( and am pleased I did !! )

I recently left EDF, in view of their poor service, and the cost savings to be gained from Octopus. There were a couple of technical issues they could not solve, but I'm delighted to say Octopus's help desk -Amelia, in particular,—sorted it all out for me. To be honest,—she was the most helpful, and efficient , customer liaison, back up person, I've come across in ages. In short, Octopus and their back up, not only are very good, but they exceeded my expectations !!( if you have a problem,—try and ask for Amelia !! )

Needed to close my account as moving…

Needed to close my account as moving home. Couldn’t put my final readings into the app at midday as we left the property as the account had been paused at the turn of midnight. Emailed final readings to customer service and the brilliant Segmedina produced me a final bill within a couple of hours and made the whole thing simple. Not been with octopus long. Will defo use again at new property.

Great Service from Sophie & Femiola

I was one of the Yorkshire Energy customer who got automatically transferred to Scottish Power when they went bankrupt & wanted to find a company that offered better customer service. I was really impressed by the service received from London Power. Both Femiola & Sophie replied to my emails very quickly & were extremely helpful.
