Customer A-AB38EBB8 I have had MyLondonPower as my supplier for a couple of years. They are backed by Octopus Energy. I have had to contact them a few times over the years and their email responses are always quick and they always resolve my issue. I have been with MOST of the large energy companies , as a customer , in the past and their customer service has always been hit and miss. MyLondonPower excels and is head and shoulders , in my opinion , above any other energy supplier. FANTASTIC service.

Feedback for Daniel Street in London Power

I spoke with Daniel Street in London Power Customer Service Team - He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my billing. I believe he had my interest at heart and found the best deal for me at a good price. I found Daniel awesome, with great customer service, knowledgeable, and with a great personality.

Really good customer service from London Power, I recommend them. Sophie from London Power was great, she always responded promptly and did everything she could to resolve issues, thanks Sophie!

Outstanding service, puts other energy suppliers to shame!

I've been with London Power for a couple of years now, and have always had excellent service. I recently moved addresses and there was some issues with the gas meter not being registered and having different suppliers of gas and electricity. Aimee supported me throughout, gave me much needed reassurance when things seemed to be going awry(!), and made sure that my correct tariffs were brought over. Having had absolutely appalling experiences with energy companies previously, this is a breath of fresh air and a standard of service so that is so rare in todays world. Thank you!

Huge price hike!

I've been in credit for the whole year, the amount going up & up. Now my fixed tariff is nearly up they've informed me via a rather cursory email that my tariff is going up by almost £30 per month, approx. 2/3 rds more, from £49.96 to £78.59, with no explanation (although we all know what they'll blame), nor any apology nor reasons to stick with them. The co. was set up to provide Londoners with supposedly the best deal; it's the main reason I switched to them in the first place. There is no link to the actual unit prices either, so I've got to go hunting again online to see what's happened with each tariff, gas/electric, daily charge vs usage. As I only actually use electricity within my property (as gas heat & hot water is via a communal source) it really shouldn't be this high a monthly charge.

Staying put

Obviously the energy price hikes are bad, but I would much rather weather any energy crisis storms with a supplier I believe I can trust, like London Power/Octopus. So I'm giving a 5 star review even though I just had to switch to a more expensive tariff... I know I can leave if necessary, they make it all very clear. Plus, if you ever need to contact them, a real person responds and they are helpful. Finally, I want to stay with an ethical energy supplier.

Outstanding customer service

My fixed energy contract is currently nearing its end date and I needed some guidance to know what my options were. I have been in contact with the customer advisor James smith and I have to say he is an asset to your company and a pleasure to deal with. He has assisted me with what plans are available and what the best option would be to suit our needs and I feel a lot better with the option we have gone for. Thank you so much for your help James.
